3 round disc in the sky stayed static in the sky for about 10 minutes there was no sound coming from these objects and there was no comerical airlines in the sky at this time it was a clear day and we could see the moon but when these objects went 10 minutes after a commerical airline passed over were we had been looking the objects were sliver and were some way up in the sky and were flashing the 3 objects made a pefect triangle and this did not move at all

I was on a road trip with my parents when I was nine. We lived in Corpus Christi Texas at the time and were traveling to San Marcos to visit the out let malls. My dad was driving, my mom was in the passenger seat and I was laying down in the back seat with my head against the door.The sun had just gone down enough to see stars and I remember being bored and waiting to stop for dinner. I was looking at the stars for a while when I noticed a light not much brighter than a star moving in an odd fashion. It seemed to be at a high altitude and moved from side to side. I remember knowing that an airplane or helicopter could not preform like that because of my high interest in aircrafts at that age. For the few seconds I was watching this, I remember being completly stunned and intensely focused on it. After it vanished, I was totally confused about what I had just seen. I was quiet for a few seconds and then told my parents what I had just seen. I remember not getting much feedback from them and being saddend about their dismissal of my claim. Ive always remember that as the strangest thing I have ever seen and I still think about it from time to time.

Iam not an expert on aircraft, but I know enough about them to confirm that nothing man made could move in the manner that this light did.

I had seen a few shows on the discovery channel on UFOs as a little boy and had seen the movie Fire in the Sky when I was very young. I was extremely disturbed by Fire in the Sky, but was constantly reasured by my parents that aliens did not exist. Being as young as I was, I believed my parents without question. After I saw that small hovering light, I have been a believer and truly believe most accounts that people claim.

I have a strangely intense fascination and fear of UFO's and extraterrestrials. I believe what I saw was an un earthly craft piloted by intelegent beings. Ive told friends of my sighting on several drunk occasions. None seemed to believe me as I expected. I was driving home with my family from an Independance Day party. I was sitting in the passanger seat when my neice told me there were weird lights over the field to the left of us. I looked over and saw a huge triangular shaped UFO. The lights were almost blinding, I my mom to pull over so I could get a picture of it, but there was too much traffic. Someone else must have seen it. When turned right onto Drake Rd. we pulled over to see if we could still see it, the object silently flew over us and stopped over the car dump, I guess it must have noticed that we noticed it. I dont know how but it turned on it's side (underneath there were 4 main "lights" and many little ones the outside ones were blue and the centre one was red) it just floated there. I took a camera phone out but it died. I know something else happened after that but I cant remember. I got back in the car (I dont remember how) and the UFO tilted slightly and shot off to the west. The military base in Buffalo must have noticed it on radar or somthing because there were several black helicopters flying around shortly after it left. We got back onto the road and about 15 minutes had passed when I had gotten out of the car. It did not seem that it had been that long.

No, when it left the area it traveled so fast that it was near the horizon in about 2 seconds.

I was walking back from a hike in a wooded, yet open area when I noticed a bright light, resembling a large star or planet in our night sky – it looked similar to Mars on a clear night, bright and orangish – along the horizon, above a ridge of trees. At first I thought it was a bright star, and was surprised when I saw it begin to move. It alternated between erratic and almost jerky like movements and motionlessness for short intervals of time. It went upwards and downwards, side to side, curved angles, and frequently changing directions suddenly without apparent loss of speed. It also had erratic speed patterns, slow for a couple minutes, then fast movements. Yet all in all it had moved a distance equal to the width of my hand– relative to myself – perhaps around 4 inches, in 10 minutes. At one point it began to grow in brightness and intensity, and although I could still not see the form itself, its growth in brightness and size startled me and caused me to begin walking to my car.

I called my friend when I got to my car and because he could see it faintly from his house – nearby – he believed me and drove over to the check it out from the field where I was. We both continued to observe this ‘star’ moving erratically for 15-20 minutes, not really understanding it, and not really believing it. At one point in another point in the sky up and to the left began a streaking white light, similar to a comet or shooting star, yet we both agreed afterwards that we had never seen any shooting star like it before. It moved deliberately, consistently, and much more slowly then any other comet I’ve seen, and the most fascinating part is that having started far off, its thin white streak aligned perfectly with the star-like orange light we had been watching before. The smaller white streaking light disappeared right before reaching it.

It descended behind the trees, and we climbed onto our cars and could see if for a few minutes longer. Although it was erratic, it was amazingly agile and efficient. It disappeared again. Excited and intrigued we decided to jump in my car and try and find it again, as we had the distinct impression that it was not that far away. We dropped off my friends car at his house, which was only half a mile away, and there we saw another friend who came outside and we all saw the light again, the trees being lower. It appeared much smaller at the house, and so my friend and I decided to try and drive closer. We also believe it was not that far away due to the fact that ½ a mile made the light look much smaller. We drove towards it, and after 5 minutes pulled over, to find the light again, but this time at a different part of the sky. We returned then to the original wooded area, but to a different part that had larger fields with a clearer view. We walked for 15 minutes without seeing it, when suddenly it appeared along the horizon directly in front of us. Neither of us had seen its clear and noticeable presence anytime during the 15 minute walk. After a few minute’s pause it began to move slowly, and erratically, but surely lower towards the horizon. It then suddenly flashed or flared, and for one to two seconds it expanded to four or five times its original size and brightness. It also had much more white to it than orange. After this flare it seemed to disappear, but we noticed a smaller, fainter flashing red light moving away. We could not understand if the object had been in front of this faint light - looking much like a typical plane – or had somehow changed into it. One image that caught my mind was that of a car, its lights getting much brighter when pointed directly at you, and when turning away, has fainter, and in this case also, red lights. We watched the slow and consistent – as opposed to erratic – path of this blinking red light for 10 minutes across a large portion of the sky, when suddenly it reversed direction, angled downwards awkwardly and lower to the horizon, where it began to move again and assumed a more orange color, and eventually disappeared.

Then we noticed another bright light, same color, same size, further to the right – I guess it could have been the same one, moving away, then coming back – and this one moved for a bit before again becoming larger and brighter, and intensifying above all its presence. At this point, unlike any of the other phenomena we had witnessed, we both had a distinct sensation of its presence coming closer to us, as if approaching our point of observation. It grew in brightness immensely and had white light coming out from it and almost seemed to be coming at us at a great speed. My friend got so scared he began running; I froze with fear and hair on end, without thinking. It was some sort of reactionary impulse. Luckily it quickly dimmed and changed direction. After this it disappeared slowly over the horizon, although again we witnessed a shift in light from orange to red, looking more like a plane.

These successive sightings took place over an hour and a half, and I am unsure whether there were multiple lights or if it was the same one disappearing and reappearing. The other interesting thing was the occasional change in light and brightness, and twice we saw it assume the patterns, light and blinking characteristics of a typical plane. Yet its other movements were clearly not possible for any plane. The question crossed my mind momentarily of whether it could have been a disguising tactic.

I do not. The manner and agility with which it moved is unlike any I have seen, or even that I could imagine an aircraft doing.

I was laying on the north side of my house watching white pollen balls fly through the air (it was a windy day) when I spotted a black popsicle stick shaped object flying directly south to north. the sun was blocked by the roof of my house so I knew I was seeing cleerly. the object was slightly turned at an angle so it kind of looked like it was supposed to be flying from southeast to northwest but it was still going from north to south. there is an airbase near our house so I am acustomed to watching f-16s flying in formation. this was traveling much faster than any jet i've seen and it didn't have the loud roar of the milatary jets I've seen. I watched it for about 2 seconds than ran into our porch to grab my binoculars. the door was just 4 feet from where I was laying it only took me several seconds to get back outside when I last saw the UFO before I got my binoculars it was almost directly above me . when I came back out it was no where to be seen. I watched the sky for about a minute then went back inside and told my mom what I saw.

My husband, our baby and I started a family trip to Prescott, Arkansas on the morning of August 20, 2005. We departed from Dallas, Texas at roughly 6:00 AM. After a few hours of dozing off I decided to sit up and keep my husband company (he was driving and I was in the passenger seat). I decided that I would pull down the shade in front of me so I could look in the mirror to apply makeup. As I reached for the shade to pull it down I noticed something in the distance, in the sky infront of us and slightly off to the right. I decided to ignore it and leaned down to pick up my makeup bag. As I start to dig into my bag my husband asks me, "what is that"? I instantly knew what he was referring to and I looked up and right at it. The object looked almost flat, round in shape, like a disc and it had a silver color to it. We both watched it as it stood in the same spot for a minute or two. We then looked over at each other to ask what is it? We only looked a way for a split second, I looked back and it was still in in the same spot. At this point, I started to wonder what object that flies could maneuver in such a way that it could fly in the air and stay in one spot?? I also, looked around to see if anyone else was out in the fields or on the side of the road that could have spotted the object along with us. I saw noone other than the vehicles on the highway wich were not many. Suddenly, it took off in our opposite direction and just disappeared. I thought It had to be going awfully fast because there were no visible clouds in the sky this day for it to disappear into. Once it disappeared out of our sight I continued to watch the sky and the land in hopes that-as we traveled down the road and reached the area where it was hovering we would find an object, like what we saw and it would explain everything. I continued to watch the area for 20 to 30 min and I never saw anything that could explain the object.

I am familiar with vairous types of airpcraft. My sister is a pilot and my brother went to pilot school (although not licensed to fly) and we have had many discussions in the past about different types of jets in the military, private, etc. I know what blimps look like and how they move...which is slow. Weather ballons I have seen on the weather channel and it is my belief that they don't move very fast.
