My family hear a noise outside and we all went to see what was going on and about 70 feet above us was a flying object that didn't look like anything I had seen before. It was round in shape and was just hovering above us. We were all scared so we just stood and watched. About 5 minutes past and it seemed like in no time it was out of our sight. After that we never seen anything like it again.

after the red lights shot all over the sky and disappeared, my husband and I saw one lone red one out over the reservoir...it turned white and grew larger and larger almost to the size of the moon...then it shrunk down, down, down until it finally disappeared.

I have seen this one on an HBO special and Unsolved Mysteries....

To this day, I don't know what the heck we saw...

At first we noticed a ball streek at super speeds like a shooting star sort of speed .when it slowed down it appeared to be a large triangular shape object larger than any plane i have ever seen. As it slowed down the fireball seemed to break as is some type of propultion was slowing it down and then drifted behind the tree and when the 3 of us got out of the car it was gone.

long hot dayand night i could no sleep. my wife had gone too bed











at about 1 29 hours i heard what i know has fighter planes . but i know that at that time of night they should not be there. so i got out of my bed ;and looked out of my bedroom window. what i saw took me surpres .a ufo flying at less than 1000 ft; being chassed by two raf tornados,the uk ;s defence planes. i watched the ufo go from what i would i call (normal)spead to what i would call the spead of light. the two tornados had no chance . by the time they had come around it had gone . and when they did come around they in the other direction

I did not take this photo but have been given permission by the photographer to pass it on to whoever I want. I have only recently found your very good website, and thought I'd send this picture and enhancements to you.

Background details:

I teach digital photography classes at an adult community college in Essex, England. On Tuesday 4 November 2003 I began teaching a 5-week course to a new class and one of the students had this image on her camera. She had purchased the camera in the summer of 2003, and at the time the photo was taken she still hadn't been able to work out how to set the camera's clock properly! It was in fact taken aIt was in fact taken around mid-October 2003 in the grounds of Ickworth House, a stately home near Bury St. Edmonds, Suffolk, England. The photographer saw nothing when she took the photo.

Looking at the image's metadata, the shutter speed shows 1/145th of a second. Fast enough to freeze the movement of a bird or insect flying in the middle-distance and beyond. I believe the objects are some distance from the camera -- in the case of the smaller object, possibly more than 2 miles distant -- and are not animal/insect in origin.

I think the larger object is elongated because its movement has been blurred by a shutter speed still too slow at 1/145th of a second to freeze its movement. Whatever it is, it has moved rapidly across a significant distance of airspace in a fraction of a second.

I am satisfied that the objects aren't caused by a lens imperfection or a CCD problem. Every other photo my student had taken (some within a few minutes of this one) were normal, so I have to conclude that there was no fault with the camera and that the two objects were physically in the frame when the shutter was pressed.

The other six images have been cropped and enhanced by me using a variety of filters and imaging techniques in Adobe Photoshop 7, just to emphasise the objects. Believe me, I have NOT added the objects to the original photo. You may wish to try the same adjustments yourself on the orginal, using Photoshop.

i have able to find them on just about any night..i have seen them come down to earth and them leaving .up and down the western part of usa...but here in eugene,or i have seen them the last three weeks of course only when the clouds let me. but they come from the west and stop over head then you can see them come closer to earth.. they all move slowly so that they seem normal...but after they all get into postion,,they release smaller crafts..usely three or four..per one crafts....then 3-4 am you can see the smaller ones head back up to the mane ship they came from..then like a beem of light they retreat back up to the skies then when you look at them they just look like the others stars...

out side of lodi,ca,,,is were i saw them leaving the earth..between 2-3am

obove the shasta mtns..is were i saw two lights..floting above the city..when you glance at them they look just like stars..but if you take a moment to watch them they move in a uncontral movement,,but one was bright as the steet light it moved to the right about 100 yds then i watch it shoot like a beem of light extermmlly fast ..

up to the othere stars..it took only a second or two. to do this..the second on left about ten minites later..

i have taken a few pictors of them..i am willing to share the photos

We were shopping in Guildford, Surrey and went to the train station. It was a hot day and there wernt any clouds in the sky. Then we saw it. At first we thought it was just our imagination, but then it hovered, it looked like it couldnt decide which way to fly. Then all of a sudden it wizzed from one side to another frantically. Then it started hovering again. We then had to get on the train, but it was still hovering in the sky. Description of UFO: It looked quite small, it was quite far away and high up. It was shiny and looked like it was reflecting the sunlight. It was kind of cone shaped and it was silver in colour.
