Triangle shape with three white lights near or under the tips. Since it was dark the color was not to visible but looked like it was grey in color at the time.

2-3 times larger than a commercial airliner.

Disney land parking lot and surrounding hotels etc.

My wife and I were staying at the Marriott Hotel, 15th floor. We were talking out on the balcony looking out east over one of the Disney land Parking area. The time was about 3:30 am. The UFO suddenly appeared through a very light cloud layer. It made no noise and had an elegant movement that is different than any other aircraft. It was about 2-3 times the size of a jumbo jet. As it moved across the sky from the parking area to about where Disney land park is the white lights seems to get distorted and blurry and appeared to leave temporary trails that disappeared almost Immediately. The lights faded rapidly and the whole thing disappeared.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Not at all. Maybe a secret military craft but not traditional at all.

I believe we are not the only intelligent life in the universe. I would say too much fact dating back to early civilizations to think otherwise.
