UFO Sighting Report

Summary:
Clear night sky, was walking towards my home approx 9pm. Looked up to see a craft hovering above trees. Called neighbour who was working on his car, then his friend to observe. It had a half circle red, 1/2 circle green lights. It hovered then glided from side to side, spinning on itself. We watched it for 4-5 minutes. Could not see the material it was made of, just the "undercarriage" lights. One red light pulsed randomly.

Appearance / Description of Object(s)The lights were large and bright. At first I thought it might be a remote-controlled aircraft, but we have 2 small airports in the vicinity and I doubt the FAA would allow such large "toys" with such bright lights. It was circular and hovering, moving from side to side, then spinning. No rc could reach that high anyway. Size of Object(s)Hard to determine exact size, but it was hovering above the treetops. Some have suggested it could have been a Stealth craft, but I can't reconcile that the U.S. government would test its Stealth aircraft above an apartment complex in Chandler, AZ!
