I live in a small neighborhood and not far from me is the Oak Ridge nuclear facility. Their is also a dam that creates hydroelectric power not far from me.

Full Description & Details

I saw the object shine in the corner of my eye and it flew in a straight line, turned around, flew away, came back through the clouds, then vanished from sight.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It could have been some sort of really fast and silent helicopter.

I had believed in them but never thaught I would actually see one.
