Almost like a small comet but falling in a very uncontrolled fashion.

with hand stretched out it would be about 1/4 of an inch stretched out.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

It was SW, I would guess near Lincoln, KS.

Rural Kansas.

Full Description & Details

Was driving between Delphos and Minneapolis and saw a very bright light spiraling down towards the earth. It was moving very fast and had a slight trail behind it. As I continued, I approached a hill and lost sight of it. It was not there or had already reached the ground when that part of the sky came back into my view.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It could have been a meteor but It was spiraling out of control and on a very large scale leaving a trail beind it like a corkscrew in the air.

Was very shaken and commented on facebook to see if anyone else had seen it. I was positive that someone else had to of but got nothing.
