Appearance / Description of Object(s)

It was a large, dark gray triangle, and appeared to be about 100 yards in length from end to end. It had eight large yellow lights that were clearly visible through the darkness of the evening and they were fairly bright.

it was about twice the length of a commercial airplane, approximately 100 yards in length, by estimation.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

It moved from a few miles away and passed directly overhead, approximately 1 mile-1.5 miles high.

Description of Area / Surroundings

Fairly rural, but with many other houses on the road, many residents of which saw the craft.

Myself and my 3 friends are completely convinced that what we saw was otherworldly, there is simply no other explaination. It was a large, dark gray, triangular craft with eight yellow lights along the edges. It floated through the sky quite slowly, at roughly the same height you might see a helicopter and was clearly visible for approximately 3-4 minutes before accelerating impossibly fast, dissapearing from sight within 5 seconds. It was completely silent and had no visible moving parts.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Absolutely not.
