Full Description & Details

Three stationary dots that appered to be stars at first; however we too low in the atmosphere. Watched the one stationary light move accross the sky and stop.(moved lateral) after minutes started moving vertically in substantial intervals. Light than made way over too the light in the area it originated from.(center between the three lights) Paused for 5 minutes.Than started to go vertically till not visible. I looked for the third light, however it was gone when I looked back into the area.Temperature was humid in high 70's. and visability was clear. Saw flying aircraft , and moved nothing like this flight pattern, and didnt retract their flight path.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

no because of the flight path.Unless its a plane they are testing at the air base,but I have never seen that movement or flight pattern, and it did not look like a plane
