Summary:
It was 1:30 am to 2:00 am and I was sitting in apartment, using the laptop. Some aircraft without sound, shot super blue light at my eyes. I went to window to see light, then I ignored it(thought it was some hallucination but no).

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?No, the light that pulsed at me was the brightness of the sun but at night time and close distance.
