they were circles kind of look like like a star but it couldnt be what star leaves then come back with move of the same objects they look white

I was looking through worldstarhiphop page today and found a video that claim to be ufo's this pass friday it looks kind of weird nothing i ever seen before and it cant be planes or jets because its like threee dots n the sky then one disappears then comes back its freaky and i think it has something to do with the government telling people in nyc to stay in side there homes for 24hrs.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?
