size-larger then a star. bright white light,far in space.

one finger would have covered it but it was so fast as soon as i saw it it was gone.

rural, suburbs, the areo was dark, not any driving around , it was basically above the local kroger in gallatin,tn when i saw it, but far in space. no special sites in gallatin. there is an airport but that's it.

i was just looking in the sky and saw a bright light very far in the sky, nowhere where planes or anything human would be , unless a rocket ship was going over gallatin,tn which it was not. it was not a shotting star, this was a very bright light that the only way i can describe it as shot through the sky and disapeared into the air literally in front of my eyes. i saw it for about 2 seconds and it completely disapeared ,like not the type of disapearing when it kind of looks like it dissolves slowly, like i saw it then it was gone completely.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

no, it was so fast and just completely disapeared in front of my eyes, it was not anything man made and not a star.
