Appearance / Description of Object(s)

Very pointed arrow head like craft, with red light running down the side and at the rear, very black and silent

Size of Object(s)

Unable to give a size due to the height of the craft ( probably quarter to half a mile up) and nothing to compare with ....but could have been the size of a large passenger plane. If arm was outstretched thumb would cover it.

Quarter to half a mile.

Full Description & Details

The craft that i observed moved silently and slowly rotating through the air, it was black but stood out against the night sky, red lights in banks of five at the sides and three at the rear of craft. Even though i am a photographer i could leave the sighting for a moment not even to get a camera. The object was also seen some miles away so i believe and it was being followed by a RAF fighter aircraft at a very slow speed.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?
