It just appeared as a dot of light that pulsed and changed color from green to white to blue.

The size of this object, from my vantage point was a small point of light.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

I honestly have no idea. The object, when viewed with the naked eye, appears to be stationary.

Description of Area / Surroundings

I honestly don't know where exactly this thing was.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

I was not a planet, star, flare or man made military aircraft.

I have no opinion one way or the other. I'm not saying this is a UFO, I'm saying that it doesn't resemble anything I've ever seen in my life.
