Appearance / Description of Object(s)

Bright orange ball. Looked kind of fuzzy like not in clear focus. More fuzzy towards the edges. No sign of a tail like a commet and not strealing like a shooting star.

Size of Object(s)

0.5 inches as seen in the sky but I'd estimate approx 50' diameter.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

At a guess 0.5 miles away at about 500'

Description of Area / Surroundings

These looked like they were flying over build up areas, housing estates. Nothing special around the local areas.

Full Description & Details

Around 21:00 in the area of Northfield ( housing estate) I happened to look up in the sky towards another area, Shedocksley and saw the first one. I couldn't tell how large they were, how high or how fast they were travelling. It must have taken around 20 - 30 seconds of travel from the time I saw the first one till it vanished from sight behind buildings somewhere between Northfield and say the Cornhill area. Around 10 seconds later I saw another. After that each time one vanished another appeared. Only once was there more than one visible at a time, just two. I didn't count how many there were but I'd guess at least 8. There were no flashing lights like that from planes or helicopters and there wasn't a sound.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No I can't think of anything that these looked like. They all travelled at around the same height and from to the same areas.

I am employed as a Materials and Logistics Co-ordinator working in a warehouse. Brought up at the house where I saw them. I am 42 years old. Primary through to secondary education.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

Don't really have an opinion, not before or after as I cannot explain what I saw. I think it's quite possibly that there maybe other beings somewhere.
