had no intention of looking for anythinng other than the meteor showers (my date may be off by a month or so) - went outside and out of the corner of my eye saw a very large white object with a tail cross the sky and then disappear. By the time I called to my husband, it was gone. Also - in the spring of 2003, in La Jolla, Ca. my husband and I both observed tiny red pinpricks of light dancing around our bedrdoom. He saw them the night before and thought there was something wrong with his eyes. I saw nothing and suggested he visit an eye doctor. The next night he saw them again - and I saw them also! it was very strange - there was no discernable pattern and no visible means for them to be produced by anything outside the apartment window. We both checked and could not see what was causing them. They were about the size of those red lights on lazer points - these are the only two occurrences that I have witnessed.

I would not have believed that either of these sightings were UFO-related, but upon further research it appears that the small red lights might be.
