Full Description & Details

so like it was about seven o ' clock and i was in my balconie looking at the sunset. it turned darker and i looked out into the horizon .i saw what looked to me like an airplane .i thought you know an airplane no big deal.it got closer like aboout 200 feet from my place in the sky. about at that time i noticed a green and red light twinkling on each wing. as it got closer the light were still .it was completely silent and was traveling at about seven miles per hour .it whent over my place very low like about twenty feet up . ilooked at it and noticed the wings were like atached to the back in a circleish shape around the back. the front was also ovalish. it looked like a flying egg with wings. it was silver like scrap metal .it looked man made and it also look like it was made in a hurry by someone. it was dirty like coming from war or something .i told everyone i knew and all said they didn't see anything. there was nobody on the streets and all cars parked i was probably the only one in my neighborhood who saw it and it was no plane dude!!!
