It was a ball of bright red light,resembling a railroad flare about 30 feet in diamiter.it was hovering about 100 feet above a power line across from Lucille Ave.on Hwy. 101.

Full Description & Detailsafter it took off it seemed to shrink in diametr and had a firery tail it rose to several thousand feet and stopped. I watched it for several minutes before returning to work.About 11Years later I saw another one.I think I can prove i.t But I cant Type and it is takeing too long.to do this.
