i was sat on my bed in a room 11 floors up in a tower block in nottingham, england uk. i was experiencing a sence of peace and wellbeing.

i was meditating and found myself thinking about how man has this idea that he is somehow outside of nature along with the things he creates, but that he is infact, along with his creations just as much a part of nature as the spider and its web or any other creature and whatever it can muster up, along with the planet itself, the solar system and all the other solar systems making up our galaxy and galaxies.

This is the visable aspect of 'God' i considered, mother nature, in all its universal detail. our bodies are parts of this 'mother nature' along with all matter and we are all totally immersed in that ocean of varieties of light.

But, our spirit is somehow beyond it all i acknoledged. 'Father spirit' the unseen aspect of 'God' trancending it all and yet at the same time meeting it all somewhere, in us apparantly...in the humanoid.

I thought more about those awesome power centres we call galaxies and how they are actually here, sharing this same space with us, what power? I remembered and banished, hopefully forever, my infantile idea of God as this big angry giant and accepted the omnipresence, both trancendent and imminant in all creation. And that we in essence, in union, are that very God, as all things are anyway. beyond all names like God, existence, life or whatever and beyond all variations of appearance.

It just is what it is and it is somehow loving, i determined.

"So while im in this state of peace and lack of paranoia" i said to 'God', 'Life', truth, my Real Self, "show me something i would usually be too paranoid or too busy philosophising to see"

I found myself thinking "how come i know that we are being visitored by people from other planets yet i have never seen a ufo? why do i know that hundreds or thousands of other people have seen them? have i seen but have no conscious memory of such but know deep down or is it clearly the obvious weight of the evidence?"

I'd heard that hundreds of people had recently had a group sighting in the united states Arizona i think, so i considered why them and not me." why not me?" i continued.

just then a voice speaking with a knowing, lovingly humouring authority, spoke clearly in my mind.

"well, look out of the window then"

so i did and what i saw were stars in a clear sky above the earths horizon. a second later a 'star', brighter than the others i believe, dropped about a centimetre, in my view, and then did an absolute 90 degree right angle change of direction toward the right and disappeared leaving the impression of a letter L , made of light, etched firmly in my consciousness. The bottom line of the impression was about half the length of the one on the L here. Im not sure of the significance but i did feel an electonic connection to the movement and believe it have healing qualities. probably many.

although i remember, quite unusually so in my experience, my thought pattern leading up to to the experience, i dont remeber my thoughts after. immediately after, i just felt cared for and connected, loved and justified.

also, i forgot all about it until one day in conversation with a friend about these things when i suddenly remembered and after that i noticed a piece of art on my wall that i'd done. it was originally an advertisement for some buisness. it was a piece of paper with a picture of the planet earth in space complete with background stars. above to earth and off to the side a bit was a word beginning with the letter L printed on the page in white,similer shape to the one i'd seen 'out in space'. The rest of the word i had painted over with the letters OVE and above it painted the word ORGANISED. Underneath it was printed the words "discover a new world". And on the other side of the page i'd written AGE OFAQUARIUS.

i discovered i had a bit of a talent for painting at an early age and became a 'graffiti artist' at age 15 until age 22 when i became worried about the ozone layer so i sought deeply Gods love in order to overcome my fear and have since been given plenty of assurance that we need not worry as long as we change our ways. i paint, write and do what i can to share what i can of my discoveries when i am able. I would like to see a very significant redistribution of the worlds resources so that everyone on the planet has at least the essentials in order to live a dignified healthy life.
