Full Description & Details

Woken approx.0130 hrs. by brilliant light through curtains into bedroom. Appeared as searchlight shining from helicopter/aircraft.Source not moving.No sound.Light went off abruptly. Moon not visible,as wrong phase. In any case, too bright. Two nights later, partner awoke me, same bright light for approx. 3 minutes. Approx. 0430 hrs partner woke me. Noise as if some large aircraft were passing directly overhead, but very slow. Light seen again briefly, then craft accelerated away abruptly. Sound of craft not jet or propellor drive, more of a deep metallic whisper. Not seen or heard since.
