It was thunderstorming extremley bad and i had just been awoken by some very loud thunder. To the NE of my room is a window and i rolled over facing away from the window and my room seemed to light up as if from lighting but it was a light greenish color, enough to make me get up and look out my blinds. When i looked outside on the horizon were two balls of brilliant flashing light green light the size of the full moon or the sun. The balls were maybe (from my viewpoint) 2 inches away from each other, and they were moving side to side kind of maybe cenimeters to each side, it looked as if they were flashing or exploding. My first reaction was that it was an asteroid in the atmosphere, a HUGE one. It was bright enough to be illuminating the sky and my room, it lasted maybe 10 seconds and i ran through the house to see if anyone else saw it but they didnt. I have never seen anything like it before.
