Appears to be a colored, flashing star. Object is stationary. It appears to have moved to a point higher in the sky within the observed hour. The brightness is the same.

Full Description & DetailsThe object is in the NE direction at a 40 degree angle from the ground. It still has the same magnitude. Upon magnification 7X, two diagonally located lights are seen. The top, left one is an intense yellow light. The bottom, right one is an intense blue light. A dimmer, red light seems to dance directly around these two bright lights. The object must be very high up. I walked a few blocks, and it did not change position in the sky. I quite possibly may be orbiting the earth.
