Full Description & Details

On March 26, 2004, I had just come home to my loft in the South of Market near downtown San Francisco (I have since moved). I went out onto the balcony overlooking the street (about four floor up) and saw a bright light over San Francisco Bay moving quickly from the south to the north. It was moving so quickly that it was obviously not a plane or a helicopter, and I knew I didn't have time to run inside to get my camera. There was no accompanying noise but the object seemed fairly high (at least four or five hundred feet above the bay) and perhaps several hundred yards offshore from the waterfront. This corresponds to the siting of the visitor from New Jersey who saw a similar event here in San Francisco that same night and time.
