Full Description & Details

I woke up to feed my newborn and I was looking out the front window as I was doing so. I noticed a bright light and thought it was a plane since the airport is nearby, but it didn't move and was pulsing. I went and got my glasses thinking it was a planet, but when I put them on I could see it was close and hand blue, green, red, lights on it. I woke up my husband who is very much a skeptic and he couldn't believe what we were seeing. He went outside and videod it, but the recording is poor, it lasted about 18 minutes hoovering in the distance and then quickly sped away. I feel foolish in the light of day, but I have no context to explain what I saw. I just know it didn't behave in the way a plane usually does in the sky....did anyone else see this?

I have a masters degree from the nearby university and I work part-time in the media, so I am a huge skeptic and remain so, but I want to know if there is anyone out these who saw what I saw. I'm a person that needs answers, even when there isn't one...
