Full Description & Details

While driving my grandson home to Yukon from Oklahoma City, down Reno Avenue, we observed an object in the sky above rural Yukon. We believed the object to be an airplane. After 5 minutes or more we noticed the object did not appear to be moving. The object was well lit. We continued to watch the object (making a game of it) but nothing. The object just seemed to be sitting there. Upon reaching Sara Road, off of NE 10th Street we were able to roll down our windows. We could hear very little if any noise and the boomerang object just seemed to be sitting there. Has anyone else reported seeing anything that resembles this? We could not tell what the object was-there was nothing unusual other than the shape, the lack of sound and movement.
