The entire island of Puerto Rico was without electricity, because Hurricane Georges passed through the Island the night before. I woke up to open the gate for my daughter (she was working) of my parent's house and I saw it. There were lights in different colors. It was a big thing because I did not have my glasses and I could see the lights (like a merry-go-round). I did not talk about that, but 7 months after that night I was listening to the radio and I heard that an UFO (OVNI for us) was seen that night in Canóvanas and San Juan and it was the night after the Hurricane Georges.
