Me, my friend at the time Daniel and Becky, who was all ways round me in those days (she had a unquenchable crush on me) were outside my house on a typical summers night, it was six week holiday from school so I/we were usually out til 22:30.Directly outside my house were climbing frames, slides that type of thing, the slide was on a concrete mound about 10-12 feet high which all three of us were on top of on.We were chatting,messing about,the kind of thing normal 13yr olds do, when I spotted the object travelling upwards at a 45 degree angle behind my house.Now as I was watching the object I was totally mesmerised, like some sort of hypnotic state, totally silent, not just the object but the surrouning area was too.What was so unusual about the object was that it reminded me of a Christmas tree, being that it was totally covered with these remarkable bright lights,reds blues,greens,purples,like a tight cluster in the shape of a Cristmas tree.What got me was the lights,they were just so bright.I would say that the object was about the size of a car and it was about 50-60 feet in the air, it did'nt seem to be traveling very fast but the sighting did'nt last longer than 2mins.I can't even remember it disappear but it was there then it was'nt.Shortly after the sighting, maybe seconds after, I thought I saw another one but in the state of awe and shock I was in, I was looking at high telephone mast, which had one of those bright lights on top to warn low flying aircraft.The funny thing is I know that light, I see it every night from my bedroom window, why do I think that was another one of those lights? It was like being woken from a dream seconds after the object vanished thats the only explanation as to why I thought that...
