We were sitting out on the balcony of the resort watching the fireworks from Puerto Villarta, it was the Mexican Revolution Celebration. My wife first noticed the oblect and said "What the F**K is that?". It was faint and took me a few seconds to spot it. It had very faint lights on what appeared to be the bottom of the object. It was traveling extremely fast, to fast to be ay commercial aircraft. There was absolutely no sound, NOTHING. It was hard to determine the size since there were no points of reference. Howeverm it did block out the stars as it flew past them. My wife made the comment of how it was like night flying through night. I lost soght of it but my wife could still see it and said it turned over the ocean and followed the coast line. Then it was gone. The entire sighting lasted maybe 2 minuets, Maybe. Since my wife could see it better, I had her draw what she saw and she drew something like a streched Diamond with flat edges and two light at the corner of each edge for a total of eight lights. With the long dimention being in the direction of flight.

We spoke to someone the next day and told them what we had seen and they looked at us like we were crazy, but said that what we discribed sounded like a stealth fighter.

Now my first point is I have never seen a stealth fighter in flight so I have no idea what one would look like at night. The other thing I would ask it why the hell would an American stealth fight be flying over Puerto Villarta, Mexico.?

So I have no idea what we saw, but I do know it was nothing the Mexican Airforce would have and I have never seen anything ffly this fast and not make even a wisper of a sound.
