Size of Object(s)size of my small fingernail at arms length Distance to Object(s) & Altitude2 to 10 miles Shape of Object(s)round - blurred edges Color of Object(s):bright white lights Full Description & DetailsThere were three of us walking south along the seawall in Stanley Park which is located on the north edge of downtown Vancouver. Airplanes approaching Richmond for a landing were visable as was a helicopter. We then noticed two, then two bright white lights hovering over the city. I took two pictures and then our vision was blocked by some trees until we went around a corner and the lights were gone. All three of us saw them and were quite sure they weren't planes or helicopters. The next day the local papers carried a report that a number of people had seen the lights, but they were described as a weather phenomana. We have lived in Vancouver for all our lives and have never seen anything similar to this during daylight hours. We were quite convinced that what ever it was it wasn't weather related, nor was it an aircraft that normally flys in this area.
