Full Description & Details
One night in 1978, I was looking out my bedroom window. I saw a bright light coming into Calgary, looked like it was approaching runway 34, at CYYC, Calgary.
This was not your average Western Airlines Boeing 727 from Denver. The "landing" light was much larger. I watched it come in, and then it stopped. Thats right, it just hovered there, over an area now known as Lake McKenzie.
Helicopter? Possabily. Well, I grabbed my binocs, looked at it even closer.
"Oh my God!"
I saw swirling lights, spinning around, like an object that was spinning.
I phoned Calgary Tower, they told me they had "nothing on radar", acted like I was some nut calling in a UFO sighting? Just wanted to get me off the phone. I didnt report anything, I just wanted to know if they had this object on radar, in this area? They had "nothing", not even a chopper.
I showed this to my parents, they saw it too, were blown away.
After 15 minutes, I guess those guys in that- whatever- were finished. I saw this thing take-off into the horizon, going Southeast, accending, like a bat out of hell. I never seen anything fly that fast. They were not kidding, they were "out of here". But kept their white anti-collision lights on. I saw it.
Well, good for them. At least they have respect.
Only a fool can beleive that we are the only ones in the universe.
I saw it myself.
We are Not alone!
