Full Description & Details

On Monday , 2/28/05, at about 6:50 PM, I was turning onto Rt 85 when I noticed flashing red, orange, and yellow lights moving slowly towards an intersection and then hovering above it. I thought ,it doesn't look like a plane because there are no red, green strobe lights. It was overcast, with snow on the ground and an approaching storm. I pulled onto RT 85 heading north and stopped to look at the lights. As soon as I did, the lights went out and a oval- disc shaped object with one bright oval light facing me flew away, southwest, at a level flight of about 1500ft. I heard no noise nor did the lights appear to face towards the ground. I turned the car around to see if I could see the object but could not. This lasted 30 seconds at most. The temperature was about 20 F.
