we were fishing at night at ridyard lake staffs when around 12 30 we saw a light in the distance i started coming nere to us then it started to drop in height then it stoped on the other side of the lake above tree top height next thing we were packing up on our way home what happened to the light how did we pack up and why did we not notice it driving away from lake ?at the time there was a lot of sichtings around manchester airport not 8 miles away as the crow flies thanks this is the only time i have writtem about it .thanks .peter oldham
