A main road that divided to sets of forset area's and that join the town ringwood, Bournemouth and ferndown.

I was in a moving car and as the car was passing an Army checkpoint, i saw a round disc fly straight across the main road and then it went out of sight over the trees opposite to the Army Checkpoint.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Yes a goverment plane or craft on a test flight. (for example the previous sightings of triangular UFO's could have been the Army's stealth bombers)
