I have been reading a bit since seeing them and tonight I found something on the web by a person who lives in Gibsons, B.C. and saw orange orbs flying into Georgia Straight. They didn't look like they came to Burnaby on business. They looked like they were having fun. Just my impression.

I was feeling extremely harmonized one night and went out to sit on the porch. As soon as I sat down I saw two objects dancing out of the sky in the Southeast. I say dancing because they seemed to pour out quickly like water from a jug and then make an S shape tight winding motion together. Then they criss crossed and separated. When they separated they started moving slowly. One was occulted by two large trees but I could see it from time to time in between the trees. At this point they were just lights moving in the sky. However, the fact that they were like lights I thought strange in retrospect because I could see a plane and a helicopter flying around that did not look like lights. The one that was not occulted moved north a short distance. It moved very slowly then it stopped dead. The odd thing was that I had just been thinking "if it is a UFO it will stop dead". Then it did. It sat there for a while and then it began to expand into a glowing orange orb. It remained that way for perhaps 5 - 10 seconds maybe a little more. I find it hard to estimate because I was so awestruck. Then it went back to its normal size and went behind the tree. After about a minute or two it came out again and repeated the same process exactly. Then it went back behind the tree and I didn't see it again. Someone suggested I should look out the next night as well. I thought that was a bit ludicrous to think it would come back but when I went out, just as I sat down, I saw it again. It came out from behind the tree exactly as before, moved in a line across the sky, stopped dead, sat there for a minute and then expanded. This time it made the shape of a UFO. I thought it was amusing. It just seemed so unbelievable. Then it went back to its normal size and I didn't see it again except I may have seen it the following night as only a speck of light in the sky going southeast (from whence it came). I have to say this is the most amazing thing I have ever seen. I did not believe it was a UFO at first. I thought it might be a manifestation of my state of being as I was feeling very harmonized at the time having just read a very nice letter from a brilliant friend. Also, since the object had stopped when I thought it was going to stop and came out both times just at the point of my sitting down I thought it must be an unusual spiritual experience. However, I did, after that, attempt to find out what it might have been. Someone suggested ball lightening. I don't think it was. It was a lovely warm clear evening after a sunny day. No one else had any useful suggestions. I searched "orange orbs" on the internet and found the Phoenix lights web site. The second day I saw it, the object when expanded looked very much like one of the pictures on that site. Its pure speculation but I believe these flying craft are not foreign to our land. I think they live here. I just felt that about them.

My mother, father and brother saw three UFOs before I was born. That's all I know. I have read some newpaper articles about them, seen T.V. shows. I didn't see anything about orange expanding orbs though. I have always thought UFOs are intriguing. But I think the UFO I saw was wonderful. It was a happy experience.

While outside to get the newspaper I noticed how clear and bright the stars and Jupiter (I think) were in the early morning sky. I was looking at the constellation Orion when I noticed a small white object travelling through Orion down towards the southern horizon. It reminded me of times I've watched satellites cross the night sky. However this one did something I have never seen before. It started to increase in brightness as if it were burning up. After about 3-5 seconds it became as bright as a meteor. It then retrurned to its original brightness and continued on its path. After about 1 minute it faded until I could no longer track it. The whole time it continued on its original trajectory.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

My guess is that this was either a satellite or a meteor although I have never seen a meteor move so slowly and I have never seen a satellite flair up to become very bright in the sky.

Mother and I noticed a bright object that appeared to be about a block away hovering just above the roof tops. I ran in to get dad and brother to come see. My mother stayed to watch. When I returned with my dad and brother it was gone. However when we got back to the house and turned on the news I guess it would have been about 10 or 11pm They actually had 1000's of reports not only in Las Vegas but from Arizona and a few other states.

Object initially noted for roughly 3 minutes in high eastern sky. Noted an aircraft approaching from the north. As it was nearing general site, object disappeared. Next noted about one minute later higher in the eastern sky. Remained there for about one minute, then disappeared. Light from object was constant, no blinking. Noted on I-80 near Shelby, Iowa exit at approximately 9:00 pm CDT.

semetrical orangeish colour and blue .size actual was about size of a 737 but rounded not longingated very bright as it was pitch black night that night .the orb was round perfectly it was a mix of blue green white yellow red all as if mixed in a swirl but perfectly rounded and was a bit away from the craft as it wasnt till i uploaded the pic that i sw the orb .

as i came to the town before my road home i saw a blueish white light very big in the sky it was to slow for a plane and it had no beacon (red) light or flashing lights at all it seemed to fooolow me down the road i had past no other cars and from the time i first saw it it took about 20 minutes to get home and it was in my window screne site the whole time more along side my car not above but in a distance. i had no radio interfernce as i had cd player on anyway i wasnt abducted or anything i can recall but i arrived at my drive way unlocked my gate drove in and locked the gate again it was behind the trees as i live in a forrestry,. i drove into my garage shed got my children out put them in bed and turned my tv on i have foxtel satelite and it said as i stated above i went out side as my horses where galloping around th paddock and nieghing and saw the craft so i got my digital camera with night vision and took a picture of it.i heard no noise or humming just my horses frantic in there paddock.from that night on however i cant sleep at night or if i do i have the light on i feel something is different but know not what it meens .i hear high frequency noises all the time like when u have a tv on in another room but sound is down low and u hear he humming noise .my youngest daughter whom is nearly 3 talkes of aliens in my room as that is where she sleeps and wont stay anywhere with out me which is not unusual .lol but i know for certain what i saw was not a plane or stealth aircraft or helicopter it is as to my knowledge a ufo becuase i could not identiy it in anyway i will say however i zoomed in on my pic when downloaded and was shocked to see not 1 image but 2 one like a round orb thing and the craft a space apart on the craft u can see what is liking to a proplution system and 2 wings sort of this will sound stupid or dumb but it resembles in the movie independence day that style of shape ..

no it cannot i know that neptune around this time is close but it wasnt that ...i know our airports close before 12am it wasnt a plane i know the moon was not in that direction or satelite as satelite would move not hoverand it would be in space not in my paddock,

my veiws on ufo's was a lil sceptical but i realise there are bigger things out there now we are just small friesto a bigger picture it makes me doubt im sorry to say religion and bible studiesi do how ever now feel a sad responsability for all the warfare and violence we are going though and feel i need to do something i am more aware i think of alot of things.

Gold coloured, possible metallic appearance with pattern in darker colour (like a brown/plum colour in my photo). The sun appears to be reflecting off the top.

I do not know the size as didn't see the object at the time of walking up the road so if it could possibly be some kind of of UFO then it must have been invisible to the naked eye - at a rough guess from looking at the photo it can't be no bigger than 3 feet in diameter...but this is rough guess.

Urban area, small cobbled stoned street fairly steep slope with not many shops or restaurants around as it was in quiet area. No cars or trams on this street, only people. It was a little street down below from the castle which is on a large hill (we we walking up to the castle).

When I got our holiday photos developed I noticed this one had a strange gold coloured sphere shape which appears to be floating in mid-air in front of a white building further up the top of the road and there appears to be a smaller version near ground level in front of some people walking (although hard to tell for sure as a bit blured). At the time I thought it may have been part of the facade of the white building (like a decorative shield) but then I had some photos of Prague taken back in July 2002 so I checked these and I had a picture of the same street and there is nothing on the white building. I don't recall there being any christmas decorations hanging around at the time (in fact the side street we were in was rather plain and quiet). At the time the photo was taken it was broad day light with blue skies and sun with no rain or snow. The only possibly explanation I can come up with was some kind of balloon was either hanging in the middle of the road on invisible ropes or was floating around after someone let it go. If you look closely, there is some kind of pattern on the object but hard to tell if an actual pattern or writing but it's coloured darker and has curves to it.

I am very open minded about them and know a little bit. When I was young (around 10 - 11 years old) I saw something in the sky which to this day I can't explain - it was a large dark black object shaped like a rectangle or box and was hoovering above the roofs of the local houses to where I lived in London, UK. It was not a plane because it seemed to be floating in mid air and I remember looking up at it for a while - can't remember if it moved but then it disappeared at some point out of view.

I was working on a jet ski in the parking area of the shop at the 8:00 PM was a clear night and here is common se the small moving lights on the ski ( we assume they are airplanes flying high ) in this sight the small light, like an airplane (airliner ) increase the intensity of the bright to a pont that harm the eyes ( like a landing light )

this take about 40 seconds, then the light reduce and keep moving on the initial direction

7:15 am waiting for my son's school bus, myself and another parent noticed a silvery egg shaped object hovering . it appeared massive given the height 30,000 feet estimate. it moved very quickly out of sight much to fast for a weather balloon. it appeared to have turned sideways and changed shape to a very thin sliver and disappeared.

We were sleeping out in a friends back yard. There were four of five of us that night. All but a friend and me had fallen asleep. We were talking and looking up at the stars (I'm guessing around 11:00 - 12:00 at night) when at the same time we noticed an object in the sky above us. I asked him if he saw it and he said yes. It resembled two ferris wheels connected by single bar (like eyeglasses are attached in the middle by a nose bridge). There were only spoke features noticable on the wheel parts - no outter rings around the spokes. It stayed visable for about 5 seconds, and then just vanished.

This highly reflective object was quite large easily being over 100 feet wide. It was a cigar shape but more oval on the sides than round, being maybe 20 feet in diameter and it had spere in the middle of it protruding from the center top. The spere was more a dome on top of the body and was maybe a third of width longwise of this ship. Picture a small ball cut in half placed placed on the top center of a semi smushed cigar but all dark polished mirror surface. I could see that it was made of sections that if separated would have evenly divided the it lengthwise into four or five sections. It had no lights whatsoever or at least they were not lit and it made absolutely no sound and it moved in a perfect straight line and traveled side ways meaning the long side of the body moved forward with the dome sitting on top so there were no visible moving parts, it was solid and looked solid and clean.

If I stretched out my arm it would be 6 inches to hold in the view of my widespread fingers. I would have to estimate the length of this cigar shaped ship to be no less than 100 ft wide, and with an oval cross section of 30 feet wide by 20 feet high with a round half dome of about 30 ft. in diameter sitting on the top and in the middle of it.

We live in suburban town right outside of Houston so while on certain night we have clear skies we are limited somewhat by the light pollution that reflects off the sky. This particular night it was hazy, cool and somewhat windy. Certain bright stars could still be seen throught the hazy sky, however there were no clouds. There are now military bases that I'm aware of in this area (Zip Code 77459) only a small airport around 5 miles away which serves Sugar Land mainly for small and private aircraft. It did seem to be moving parallel with a some large powerlines that maybe a mile from our home.

The weather had been warm and humid throught most of the month of October so when the cool front finally came into our suburb town of Missouri City, located just southwest of Houston, my wife asked me to come outside to our patio to just sit and enjoy the much awaited cool breeze. Well cool it was, somewhere in the upper '60's and breezy just enough to make the tree tops sway so all that could be heard was the wind passing through the leaves. The skies were hazy, but not cloudy almost a medium grey tone. This of course is a result from local light pollution reflecting on our skies. A couple dozen or so stars managed to shine through this haze anyhow. Well we were talking face to face and our patio is open to one end almost in the shape of a U so my right side was facing the open end. Well I was about the comment on something when out of my right peripheral vision up in the sky at about I spotted something moving so naturally I turned to see it. I sprang to my feet out of astonishment in what I was seeing. It was an object, a ship like I had never seen passing throught the night sky almost directly over my adjacent neighors back yard only it was maybe four or six hundred feet high but was of a good size. Immediately I ran to the middle of our backyard dragging my wife by her arm hardly being able to speak I cried to her to look at up at the sky and bare witness to what I'm seeing here, I pointed at it! It was moving in a perfectly straight heading in a southerly direction and moving slowly, ominously and without any noise nor any lights, it was almost invisible, nearly cloked but since I caught its movement I was able to focus on it and clearly see it's shape and what its surface looked like. Had it not been for the ambient lighting of city light pollution and the grey lit sky serving as a backdrop I might have missed it since it's surface appeared to be reflective, a mirrored surface but a dark polished mirrored chrome which reflected everything around it including the grey sky and lights off the ground. I saw it clearly for what seemed a long time but infact was more like 15 to 20 seconds. It was utterly fantastic and some what frightening to witness this. I could hardly believe it was happening and I was there at the right time. However much to my disappointment it went beyond the tree line in our backyard before my wife could see it as well but. Well we ran through our home to the front to hopefully get a second glimpse of this slow moving object but we were unable to spot again.

The shape of this flying object was one like I have never seen before. I've seen many military experimental craft and am a Sci-fi fan but not even in any movies have I seen such a shape. It was running under power as it took a steady course flying at an even altitude and maybe traveling 100 mph or less. It was moving slowy but steadily and was almost unoticable if you didnt catch its movement. Think Predator from the movie, you can see the outline and that it reflects it's environment, practically cloaked. Just amazing in size.

I'm 39 years old and as a youth always dreamt of journey's to the stars in make believe of course. I've been a Star Wars fan since youth so yes I looked up many nights wonder what is out there. Through out my life I witnessed maybe one other time what seemed to be lights that seemed to dance across the dark sky but they were too high an altitude see other than what looked like bright stars zipping back and fourth. There were three of them and they traveled back and fourth like no airplane could and finally just zipped off in separate directions. I was a young teenager when I saw these walking home one night while looking up at the heavens. I never saw them again, only in dreams of course but who doesn't. I'm not one to dismiss the possibility of UFO's and I am intrigued by the whole notion but I have never really seen something so amazing real with my own two eyes. I believe there many things with no explanation but I'm a rational average man with a family. I would like to see it again but since that night a few days ago have not had any luck. I am fortunate to have witnessed this and would like to know if any one else might have seen this particular shaped flying object. I have a sketch I drew up the very next day and would be happy to scan it and send it to you. Thanks for your time
