The object that I saw were 3 bright white lights in the shape of a triangle. I couldn't actually see the triangle shape but that's the appearance that I made from the layout of the lights.

the relative size would be about 1inch apart. i can't say the actual size. It was too far up in the sky to tell

it was in a rural area about 5 miles east of tomah, wi. the area was in the woods surrounded by a bunch of pine trees. actually tomah is exactly between 2 miltary bases, camp douglas and fort mccoy. they are both about 10 miles to the east and to the west of tomah. My house was about half a mile from the ocean spray cranberry plant

I was laying in bed at about 1am and couldn't sleep. I decided to open my blinds and look at the stars because it was a very nice clear night. I was just looking around trying to find different constalations that I had known and I came across 3 bright lights. I thought maybe they were planets that were very close that night, but as I was looking at them, they started to rotate in a circle. I thought maybe I was just seeing things so I looked away and then looked back at them and they were still moving. I instantly got scared and just sat there and watched them. I was still in high school at the time and lived with my parents. I immediately ran into the kitchen to tell my mom and my grandma who came to visit for the weekend. I tried to talk them into coming and looking at the lights but my mom was skeptical and said "people just make that stuff up to amuse themselves." I had no luck persuading them to come look so I went back into my room to see if they were still there. They were. I sat there and watched them for about 5 more minutes. The lights then started to move across the sky in little distances. They moved back and forth in very rapid movements for a couple of minutes. Then I began to get really scared because I knew I wasn't just seeing things, this was actually happening! Then the lights just moved away and I lost sight of them. We lived in the woods so there were many big trees and I couldn't see through them. For about 3 weeks straight, every night when I went to bed I would look out my window at the sky to watch and see if the lights came back. They never did. I am being very practical. This is not a false statement. What I saw was unexplainable and undeniably petrifying.

before i saw this "sighting" i never believed in anything to do with ufo's but after i i saw it, i was very much in belief. I always laughed it off but now I take it a lot more serious. I really didn't read or know two much about ufology and after i saw it I was too scared to learn anything about it. I guess I did't want to know anything more, I was afraid of the unknown.

I never reported this to anyone else. I decided to report it today after watching a rerun of unsolved mysteries. It was very strange because what they showed was exactly what I saw. It's unbelievable!

The object I saw was dark about 100 feet long with three very small lights barely visible on the object. There was a light in the front, middle and rear of the object. I could not tell what shape the object was just that it was long and black. There was no wind blowing so it was very quite that night. The object flew over the top of my house at a very fast speed with no sound. The object appeared to be around 1000 feet or so in the air. From what I saw this object was not an airplane or any other vehicle that I have seen. The whole incident lasted about 5 seconds.

The object was massive and huge, Oblate Spheroid shape. I could only see most of the bottom of this silver-gray object. At the distance at the first set of clouds, but above it, this "object" hovered between that layer and the second set of clouds.

If this "Object" were to sit on Earth, I swear it had to be more than a football field in size. I could not see anything but a clean underbottom. It was perfectly round, but at that distance, I could see a slight tilt in the way I sat in my car, and the way this object was hovering above. I actually did measure with my hands that day, using both hands to measure the height above ground and distance across. I was a bit nervous of my first sighting that I did not want to lose sight of it. I kept wondering what will people think when I tell them of my accounting of what I had seen.

While periodically glanced upward to the traffic light, a huge, silverish-gray disk suddenly appeared through the first set of low clouds! It hovered up there above that first level of clouds. I was in disbelief! I continued to shout aloud inside my car, "Holy Jesus!" and other things I cannot recall. I simply would not have believed anyone's stories of UFO sightings until I saw that one that day. Before the red light turned to green, and me smiling from ear to ear as if I was one lucky or unfortunate guy, this huge disk took off in a flash to my right, making it appear as if there was a tail trailing behind it. I believe that "tail" was actually due to the fact that my eye could not keep up with its speed! I reported this incident to my fellow soldier, SSG Celso Lujan and to CPT Raymond Wixom, who thought I was losing my mind. The following day, SSG Lujan, while reading the Colorado Springs Telegraph Gazette or The Sun paper, started screaming out to me to come quick. In that paper was an article by the UP that reported that over 500,000 people in Australia or New Zealand had seen the exact same object that I had just seen the day before! CPT Wixom and SSG Lujan then did not know what to make of what I had reported to them the day before. I think the date was in April 1986 or sometime in early 1987.

After having seen this Object, NO WAY could this have been made or designed by Earth people as I know today. This thing took off at a speed to hard to imagine. In an instant, it moved slightly to the left and like a blink of an eye, it took off to the right of my view!

I still look to the skies. I now live in Connecticut. I have not seen anything since. I will remember this event of what I saw until the day I die. I am a believer now. I often wonder why Me, of all the people stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, that day, was I the only one to have seen it. Or was I? I ask myself, "Why was I permitted to see this above me while at a traffic light at near noon-time" and "Am I lucky to have seen this, or was this a curse" Was I supposed to see this to discount my disbeliefs of those other's stories? Stories of UFO sightings really did bore me Until That Day.

At around 9: 45 A.M. at West Boylston High School, I along with my students were doing report presentations outside. One of my students while presenting, became very, very distracted. I repremanded him and then asked what was so important that he couldn't pay attention to his classmates presentation. He was so awestruck that all he could do was point. His finger pointed up and all I could see was an object in the sky. I then asked him what was so incredible about an airplane. He said thats no airplane. I looked up again and the object had just moved out of the sun glare and he was right, it wasn't an airplane. I just froze there. For about 10 minutes my students and I just looked at this object floating in the sky, floating from one side of the sky to an other. It didnt make any noise and the object looked smooth, I did not see any rivets at all. Then things got even stranger. The disc started hovering down, like it was going to land! I rushed my students inside the building as fast as possible, the object was coming down fast. As soon as they were in the building, we locked the doors and looked in horror. The disc was approx. 100 yards from the ground but then, in what seemed like a blink of an eye, it catipulted upwards. I wish not to disclose my identity, for i know that once my name has come foward, my crediblity with other things will start to be questioned.

I was on my way to work one Sunday morning and waiting for the "walk sign" on the corner of 52nd and 9th Ave in Midtown, Manhattan when I spotted 4 metallic disc-shaped objects on the sky (right where I was facing). There was a marathon that day so I dismissed the objects as mere balloons that got away until I saw the red blinking lights. As I in awe,I was trying to figure out what I am witnessing at that moment. They seemed to glide and spin in unison, as if in a fleet position while red lights goes on and off. It disappeared behind a white, tall building that can be seen on 10th Avenue near 53rd Street. Every object has 4 red blinking lights on the disc body. No visible windows except for the small dome in the middle (on top and bottom) of every object - the color of the dome is the same as the rest of the object - metallic dark silver and not shiny. I don't know what I saw that day but it certainly did retain in my mind up until the day I am writing this sighting report.

Brightly glowing spherical with a dark (unlit) ring or fin along the side. Small tail visable at one point. Got darker as it proceeded towards the sun. Looked like an oncoming jetliner to begin with. Bright light but seeming not to move as a jet would appear if it was heading directly at one.

Both urban and rural. We believe it passed right over Abbotsford International Airport. It passed over the general area of Abbotsford, BC. It traveled approximately 15 miles in the 20 to 25 minutes we watched it.

At approximately 5:00 a.m., my husband came in and hollared for me 'to come see the UFO!'

We watched what appeared to be an oncoming jetliner for a minute or two until we realized that it was moving in a west to easterly direction. We became aware of this movement as the craft passed beyond branches of a tree in our front yard.

Once we were certain that it wasn't moving towards us, giving the illusion of holding still, we got out the binocculars for a closer look. It was like nothing we'd ever seen before.

It appeared to be quite large and at first glance, I found myself thinking of the planet Saturn. It was rounded over the top (dome shaped) and glowing brightly. It had a couple small, blinking lights on the top and around the middle there appeared to be a dark, unlit 'fin' or ring of some kind. We could see this quite clearly through the binocculars. My husband and son reported seeing large windows in the upper portion of the craft, above the dark ring. I was unable to make out that detail but my eyesight isn't as good as theirs is.

As it proceeded easterly, a small tail-like assembly became visable. As it approached the mountains, the glow diminished rather than increasing, as we thought it would do as it got closer to the rising sun.

We watched this object move slowly across the horizen until we lost it behind some woods. A few minutes after we lost sight of it, I went back out to see if I could reaquire it. I found it in a more easterly position than it had been and at that time it was quite dark, almost shadow like and moving over the crest of the mountain. It passed from view within seconds.

Being rather bothered by not knowing what the heck it was, my son and I spent some time online looking at pictures of dirigables and UFOs. It looked nothing like the large numbers of pictures we went through.

I phoned the Abbotsford International Airport to see if they could assist me in finding out if there had been any unusal aircraft scheduled to pass over but they knew of nothing. They gave me the phone number to call and inquire about flight plans so I called those folks. The man I spoke with checked to see if there had been a flight plan filed for that hour of the morning and that local but there was nothing on record.

I phoned our local airport in Bellingham, WA but they were unable to advise me. I also checked with our local news/talk radio station to see if anyone else had reported seeing this craft but nobody had. The local news paper hadn't had any reports of folks seeing it either. At that point, I was at a loss as to how to try and find out the origin of this craft.

I was just out side the village hanioti with my girl freind who is now my wife,it was about 1 oclock in the morning,we was walking along the beech,.i was looking in the direction to the other peninsula out to sea,the sky was a dark orangey,not a star night,i could see some clouds & some lenticular clouds so i thought,i kept them at the back of my mind or to the corner of my eye so to say.from a previous sighting in my child hood ive been obsessed with ufos ever since so im on red alert when looking at the sky.any way we are strolling along,to my amazment these clouds are over half way across to this peninsula,i said to my wife "look look look" 13,14,15 what evers in v formation,my mind said maybe seagulls,there was no wings moving,no squarking.as they got closer i couldant tell if it was one triangle with dim lights and translucent,the closer it got to us,the village lights reflected off the surface of the objects,they were chrome & oval but not a sound,i remember feeling vunerable.years later we see a red light flying in line with the river thames in london at night.other times metal balls flying high,eratic movments etc,if people spent more time observing on clear nights im shore they will see ufos,they are constantly there observing us.

My family had aweek end caravan at clacton uk,i was 11 years old at the time & never knew what a ufo was.it was about 10 oclock in the evening,my mum & dad was in the club house,i was on top of the slide out side in the park,the sky was so clear & beutifull,i see a light in the sky that caught my attension,it was so bright & getting closer,i thougt straight away it was a meteorite,it was coming straight at me,it then turned around a tree and flew in line with the road but on the priory side,the out side was white with a long tail & it was blue in the centre,i was waighting for an explostion but it never hit the ground just flew in line with it.i ran to the club house & said to my mum & dad a meteore had just come down over the road,they said ha thats nice son,if my daughter sais to me she as seen some thing,i allways look.i read my first ufo book at 13 or 14,im obsesed some would say,some say here comes the nutcase ha ha ha,ive had about 5 other sitings too with witneses.
