THis object appared to be 50-100 ft long, and was moving around the sky for about 35 min. They called local weather and media and no reports of it were found anywhere. They took several pictures, included is the only one which was sent to me.

These discs were clearly not stars, neither were they satellites or anything type of flying object I had ever seen. They moved slowly across the screen at first, then amazingly started moving at very rapid speeds and in zigzagging manouvres across the screen. This lasted for more than a minute. As it was 1am and silent (save for the hum of the engine) in the cabin most of the other passengers seemed to be either asleep or not paying attention to the UFO's evident on the screen ahead, but I've off wondered since if the pilot's might have seen it. I wonder if it is a common occurence among passenger, commercial and military pilots to view strange phenomena like this while they are flying. I racked my brain for an explanation for what I saw on that occasion and couldn't come up with one, other than they were UFO's. The other thing I remember feeling at the time, and this is somewhat difficult to explain, was that whatever was controlling these orange objects knew that I was observing them, or quite possibly they were allowing me to do so.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No. The unusual way these flying objects were moving was unlike anything explainable by a man-made or natural phenomenon.

I've always viewed the phenomenon of UFO sightings with an open mind, though I'd never delved into the literature on the subject until I had my own encounter with them on the flight in October last year.

Other Comments

My personal view is that the intelligent life forms controlling these objects are observing us and preparing for a time in the future when they will make direct contact with the human race. I have the feeling, again I cannot explain why, that these beings are not hostile and will possibly arrive to help us and the Earth at a time when we most need them.

The object appeared to be a bright, shiny yellow at first, but when I got back with my camera it was going all metallic and seemed to be getting darker. I could see a slight haze around the bottom of it, but I'm not sure what that was. When it disappeared it just faded out from the right hand side, until it was just a shimmer in the air, then it was gone entirely.

Relative size was maybe an inch across, but I couldn't tell how big it was, as it was quite a distance away

Fairly rural area, I live 2km from a town, although the object was between me and the town. No power plants or military bases nearby. There's a gliding club in Aboyne, about 40km away, but I've never seen a glider near my house, and this didn't look anything like one.

I was walking my dogs at 1:30 when one of them started barking and looking up; I looked up and saw a large metallic-yellow object seeming to hover above the woods near my house. I watched it for a minute or two, and it didn't seem to move at all, just hung there. I eventually remembered my camera and ran back to the house to get it, but by the time I got back it was beginning to disappear. It was really weird, just seemed to fade away from the right hand side until it was totally gone. I don't know if it had left or if it was still there, just invisible, but I took a load more photos of the patch of sky where it had been. Once I got them onto my PC and blew them up, I could see a slight shimmer on one of them, but apart from that they all just looked normal. I'm telling you, I'm still shaking now, it seriously freaked me out. I've never seen anything like it!

To be honest I'm still pretty scared- i do't know if it's gone or if it's still there, hovering above the woods. Except for looking for UFO sites on the internet I haven't done much all day except sit with my telescope and watch that patch of sky; I'm planning on sitting up tonight to see If there're any lights in the sky, so there's a chance I'll be filling in another form like this tomorrow!

We didn't see that shape of the object as it was dark and the lights coming from it were extremely bright. The three lights were in a triangular shape.

It was difficult to judge because it was dark and the object was travelling very fast.

I would say it was about 500 metres away and about the same in height.

It was an urban area. The nearest airport would be about 20 km away and the aircraft was flying away from the airport. There is a NATO military base near the airport.

It was around 23h00 and dark. Myself and a friend were talking in a car park before getting into our cars. As we spoke something flew very quickly across the sky. It appeared to be low and there were three very strong white lights shining directly down towards the ground. We both saw it and found it very strange - it was going too low and too fast to be an airplane. It seemed to be flying parallel to the Brussels ring which is very brightly lit.

No, it was going too fast and was too low to be an airplane. Also the lights were too large and intense and directed towards the ground instead of ahead of the craft.

I have heard too many reportings from various credible people, ie., military pilots to be disbelieving. I also sighted a UFO in 1990 in Belgium and it appeared on the national news the following day that other people had sighted it in the same area.

Three red objects in the form of a red triangle. Each point was red with a hazy red ring around each one. Not sure if these three red points were individual objects or the outer points of a larger one. They moved very fast and erratic but the space between them was constant. No sound was heard.

If they were outer points of a large object I would say it was bigger than a 747. If they were individual objects I would say 30-40ft diameter each.

After working on a couple of websites late last night I went outside the house to turn on the automatic sprinklers as I usually run them at night. I looked up and noticed three red objects in a perfect triangle shape moving at a brisk speed. The objects were solid red (no blinking lights) in a triangle shape (there wasn't any attachments or points that would indicate there's lights were part of one object. The three "points" were moving with great speed and would make 90 degree turns then proceed forward then turn again. There were no sounds coming from the objects so if you didn't happen to look up you wouldn't of even noticed them. For about 10 seconds I followed them till a tree obstructed the view. I ran to the front of the house where we have a clearing and watched them till they disappeared. They appeared to be traveling South West towards Nixon, TX but obviously I cannot say 100% sure with their previous flight pattern and by then they were out of site. I live in town so there's plenty "City light" so hopefully someone that lives out in the rural areas saw something.

I've seen two UFO's in my 30 years on Earth. The older I'am getting the more I figured it was the government or top secret program vs. aliens specifically but this sighting has made me think twice. First how are speeds and flight patterns like I witnessed man made, second why fly over some small country town? Looks like it would be a waste of resources if it was Government.

My last UFO sighting was in Dallas, TX about 8 years ago. A group of four of us pulled up to my apartment and noticed a very odd looking object in the sky. It was flying extremely low and unusually slow. It was quite intimidating. It was a solid black object, triangular shaped, and was what I would say large. Another strange thing is that this was at night too...around 10PM. It was almost like the object didn't want to be seen. No sound, no lights, no anything. You may ask "How did you notice it if you were in the city, it was night, the object was black with no lights?" City lights! As anyone knows that lives in the city, if you look up you see city lights that give the sky an almost hazy look. Well this object stood out because it was a slow moving, large object that was solid black. So when you have a hazy sky with a large solid black object moving it gets your attention. My reaction was nervous, and not excited for sure as it was very intimidating.

When I first look at them just fast, they look like very bright stars, until a second later when I realise the objects are moving. If you look at them (sometimes it's one and sometimes many) in a telescope they look like round little electric spots, moving very fast up and down and to the sides, with sparkling "electric" lines constantly changing colour to red, green, and yellow/white. (They look like some kind of "energy balls" demons throw in science fiction films and tv shows)

I see them almost every night, mostley at almost the same spot on the sky, (but not always). Tonight I only see one, but sometimes I've seen at least, maybe ten, at almost the same spot/place, and mostley it/they stay there for hours. I've only seen them in the evening (mostly late) or night, (but I almost never look for them in the days..)

I've only lived in this town for about a year and as I said before I've seen these "star-like" objects almost every night, more often in some periods then other, I have also seen a other UFO object closer whitch I wrote about in a other report on this site. (By the way I ment "the same breadth as the moon" and not "the edge", as I wrote,.. I think I were a little excited or something when I wrote that report, cause It's a little messy, sorry..) but I don't know if It's extra much activity here or if I just haven't noticed them/it before..?

Rural, just south of the 'city' of Ripon ( I put the word city in inverted commas because it's by far the smallest city in Britain and it's very rural, way out in the countryside ). The nearest military base is Dishforth airfield, where the British Army Air Corps have helicopters including AH-64 Longbow Apaches, Westland Lynxes and various other types. Also close by is RAF Leeming which houses a squadron of Tornado F3 fighter aircraft. However, these bases are very rarely used at the weekend. The squadron at the RAF base currently provide the South of England 'QRA' (Quick Reaction Alert) intercept facility and so can operate 24/7, but they declare 3 aircraft at a time for this service and they are then detached to an RAF base further south (RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire) where they fulfil this role from, so RAF Leeming is actually fairly quiet - even moreso at weekends. The Army base, which is much nearer the location where I saw the objects is more likely to be active at the weekends, but again I've researched activity here on this date and it was very inactive - closed up, with the only activity that day being the local gliding club, which wrapped up their activities by late afternoon / early evening (6pm). I researched this quite a lot!

2 metallic objects holding a fixed position at about 100ft - 200ft in the air. I was driving at the time on a notoriously dangerous and busy 'A' road and couldn't stop, but me and my girlfriend observed them for about 15 seconds before the road bent 90 degrees to the right. The objects were very distinct and very obvious - other drivers could easily have seen them as the weather was very good. It was about 7.30pm and the light was still good. The sun was not far off setting and the obects were reflecting the sunlight making them even more obvious.

The road I was on was the A61, heading south from Ripon to Harrogate. I was at the 90 degree right hand bend at the village of Wormald Green. Google Earth / Google Maps coordinates: 54 05 02.02" N 1 31 18.27" W

No, I really don't. They bore no real resemblance to aircraft (civvy or military - I'm pretty clued up on aircraft) and the fact they were hovering ruled out anything other than helicopters, which they looked nothing like and had no moving parts.

All of a sudden, in the corner of my right eye I see a green glow. So I turn around and said something along the lines of LOOK AT THAT! OH MY GOD! My two friends turn around and as we all stand up the light dims but speeds up a little. Traveling across the sky, we were all completely speechless. It moved about halfway across the sky and then did a complete 90 degree turn then slowly faded away.nothing traveling that fast to my knowledge can do a PERFECT 90 degree turn like that thing did

Hey my name is SkylarI was in high school and my friends and I decided to go out camping in a tradishional spot that we used to go on an old logging road. It was off of this road called C-POST it was a sign that led down this old dirt road and over this old wood bridge where locals would go fishing. We would keep following the trail up this great big hill. This area is litteraly in the middle of nowhere. A good 45 minute drive to the gas station. Anyway, clasic teenagers like we were, decided to go get beer and return. So me, my friend Nolan, and a friends younger brother decided to stay and put up tents and get a good fire going cause it was almost dark. Time went by and it was dark out and there were no clouds out at all. All the stars were out and we were in our tents, but with our bodys in the tents and our heads outside of them all of us looking up at the sky.

On the 30th april 2006,i saw a big oval object flying above our house, its light was in thick blue in colour.

I wondered in seeing that.it is a spherical object it was covered by a glass in the top i clearly saw that,it moved in the silent manner. But its light was very bright.it moved from west to east,after i saw that i informed my brother .He also saw an another object flying in the same direction ,I and my brother shocked on seeing the another flying object like before i saw.It moved very fastly and it was approximately 6m in length
