The object looked like something out of a sci-fi movie. And it moved at three times the speed of a 747 in the sky on a clear day. It didn't look like a stealth aircraft either.

I was laying on my floor in my house in the back. It was a cloudly day gray but clear. All of a sudden out of nowhere appeared a black object roundish traveling very fast vertically then it stopped near a mountain and started going in circles up then down around and around then vertically and in circles like it was having fun, then from the left out of nowhere another one appeared clear as day. They both flew together in circles, ups & downs, left then right. Then They disappeared. The funny thing is I watched the whole thing it lasted for about 5 minutes. I called my wife and she was in shock then disbelief.



About 10 minutes later they came back and did the same thing as if they knew someone was looking at them.



They were black, round, and not that big.They were also ducking in and out of clouds. I always watch the sky for peace of mind or when I'm meditating so I know that these objects weren't what I normally see.

Of course. These objects seemed governmental yet not so governmental.

The object was a rather small craft with one distinguishing feature. Front and center on the fuselage was a barrel. Apparently a weapon or field emmiter or something. Intimidating. I don't know how else to describe this as I was unable to see much else of the craft . I have drawn some sketches but they do not do what I saw any justice.

I would say with my arm outstretched my hand would cover the craft. It was rather small like I said about the size of a car.

I was in Portland for the holiday and the night before I was to return to Seattle I was consumed strangly by who was the creator. Machines obviously factored into the equation and a highly advanced machine civilization or legion came to mind that for some reason or another was created by something very technologically advanced to be the scourge of the galaxy and do nothing by destroy, find reasources and proliferate. I think some ideas about possibility of a machine race has been a popular sci-fi idea for a long time and was explored on some discovery special about possible forms of alien life.

Anyhow, I was restless and driving around all night imagining all aspects of this machine scourge that searches and destroys through the galaxy and what it would be like to be a machine in this vast network. I will spare the details as this is a definate side topic less to do with an actual sighting and don't want to dissuade readers from reading due to too much sci-fi BS. I just thought this important irony to mention before my drive back to Seattle the next night.

Most of trip was uneventful however there were numerous lights in the sky that I didnt take too much notice to as there is an Air Force base and an airport in Seattle. However, about a half an hour outside of Seattle a lighted aricraft suddenly crossed the freeway in front of me right across the view of windsheild and stopped near a light pole. I didnt think anything of it and assumed it was a helicopter as only a helicopter would be able to stop so abrubtly and hover. However, as I continued on the object was no longer directly behind the glare of the light and was actually illuminated by the light pole. I was traveling quite fast 65-70mph and did not see the object for more than a couple of seconds. However what I did see was quite shocking, now about 1000 times more than it was initially.

The craft that I saw was quite different from most of the UFO sightings I have been looking at lately on the net. Most of them are disk shaped objects. The object that I saw however was definately not a disk shape. The front of the fuselage was dominated by what appeared to be a barrel as if this was a flying gunship. This was what caught my eye and I simply said to myself as I drove by "that is not from here." This was definately not a helicopter and the stillness and solidarity that the craft exhibited is unmatchable by any helicopter I have ever seen as they usually have some motion to them as they hover. Even then, there was nothing about this craft that even remotely reminded me of a helicopter at all. Nothing. Nowhere have I seen a helicopter or any flying object with a barrel "gun" shaped object so large and distinct front and center on the craft. The craft was intimidating.

To my dismay today I did not pull to the side of the road to take a second look. To be honest I didn't give it much thought after I initially saw it. It was like I was in some kind of daze of indifference and the breif moment that I saw this craft hit somewhere real deep and planted a seed. I dont know if I believe in UFO's or not. The pictures and accounts on the internet seem compelling. However there is something inside of me that says that was just a helicopter. However, the visual memory of the perfectly still craft with barrel front and center will not fade and quickly places any self doubt into submission. I wish there was more to the story perhaps a picture or a longer look at the object. I don't know how other people on the freeway could have missed it. But like I said I was in an indifferent daze driving at 70 for 3 hours and didnt think twice once I saw it for some reason.

Like I said, there is only one aircraft that is conventional and man-made that is able to perform the maneuver I witnessed. That would be a helicopter. Nothing else is able to fly horizontally stop and then hover (except maybe a Harrier). However, the craft did not resemble anything like a helicopter. Like I said the main feature was a barrel like protrusion on the fuselodge. The cockpit and windows of a conevtional manned-craft obviously would have been noticed if it was a helicopter. By no means was this even close to what I saw. There was no cockpit or anything to give any indication that it was some kind of aircraft man-made that I have seen before.

I used to watch Sightings and things like that when I was in highschool and always got a serious scare during the show but never thought anything of them afterwards and was too young to make any serious thoughts about what I had watched. It was only during the show when I had a heightened curiousity. After early highschool (I mean I watched 2 or three shows) I heard, saw and thought absolutely nothing at all about UFOs until this happened 2 Decembers ago. To be honest, after the year or so and some serious thoguht believe quite depply in UFOs and other sightings. While I was in Seattle following the sighting my mind was obsessed with the UFO and aliens and I began to think of an idea for a sci-fi movie that involved the craft and the the people who man them which I call "junkers." This experience has definately caused a mental awakening and awareness of UFO and it has not been until the last couple of weeks where I have looked at sights and pictures and movies seriously. Those few moments have had a significant impact on me and after a year have created a seriously heightened interest in UFOs and related phenomenon.

The objects seemed to be pure light, or so bright their luminence obscured any solid physical attributes. They were roughly diamond shaped, like spiral galaxies seen edge-on.

The largest would probably fit within a one centimeter gap between my fingers. Actual size is very difficult to estimate, though I suspect, if they were indeed objects, they had to be fairly large -- they seemed to be a great distance away. Radiosity against the mountains would have helped me devise a better estimate, however the light show did not seem to affect its surrounding environs at all.

It's primarly an industrial area rimmmed by military installations such as Moffett Airfield. Many noncommercial or otherwise unusual aircraft come in and out of Moffett, but this sighting was over a range of mountains a fair distance from the base (which is anyway decommissioned).

It had to be about 8:00 PM, Halloween night. Cold, clear. A friend and I were walking liesurely toward his car when I noticed strange, white lights above the not-too-distant mountains. They had the character of landing lights, so I was quick to dismiss them as such. Suddenly, though, they winked out completely -- and blossomed back to luminence over a different part of the mountain. A plane could not have covered this distance so quickly. By now my friend was watching, too. We stood transfixed for several minutes, the lights pulsating momentarily in one spot, only to recede and reappear in a totally different position.

The show lasted a good while, perhaps twenty minutes, before we decided to depart.

There is a baseball field within the area of the sighting, and I speculated that the lights might be someone testing the field lights, one bank at a time, however they still do not seem large enough to produce what I saw, nor are they high enough off the ground.

I'm generally a skeptical atheist. The Carl Sagan variety. I am by no means a sensationalist or someone easily impressed by mysticism or conspiracy theories. I am very suspicious of most UFO witnesses, mostly because I can't fit their inferred "versions" of the world into my reality. The genuine presence of UFOs and/or extraterrestrial beings on our planet, and specifically the collusion and connivance of governments to keep them "under wraps," seems absurd. Yet this is not my first sighting.

it was 4:38pm and i always look at the sky and yes i do believe in ufo's and uso which i watch a lot of t.v. So i am only 19 years old and i know that the government is keeping the ufo phenomenon. so that ufo thing could have been a ballon or something. the ufo that i saw me and my sister which i gave here my binoculars, it was like a marble that was changing colors and it was scary but at the same time i was excited. so it was changing colors like ex. blue, white, red, green and purple. and it vanished in the clouds. you guys should come to my house and see if am not lying, even tell my sister she know. thanks for letting me write my report on the ufo phenomenon.

the photo shows a relative sized craft at least 1/4 inch long. I estimate the craft must have been quite large, since its distance away and height from the ground, I estimate an actual size of at least .2 miles long.

I was about to go to school, when I noticed a strange white colored streak in the sky. The streak cannot be a plane trail; it did not move or disappear. It was not a cloud; it did not move and can't be a plane; the angle it was at, a plane cannot fly that steep. The craft was photographed on June 2001.

This object if anything could have been a comet, but no comets were claimed by the news tobe appearing at the time. The craft was seen in a south east direction (NOT the sun or a glare) never moved (can't be a plane, etc.)

I am a 49 year old male. This is somthing that happened to me many years ago that I've never been able to forget. I grew up in the small farm community of Sedgwick, Ks. When I was around 12 or 13 years old I was walking home alone from a baseball game one summer night. At the time most of the roads in town weren't paved and there were not many street lights, the population was probably 3 or 4 hundred people. I lived in a dark part of town about 5 blocks from the baseball diamond. About half way home I was crossing a dark alley. As I looked up to my left I saw a colorless ball with a extremly bright light in the middle of it . The ball was about the size of a five gallon water bottle, but it was round. I'm guessing it was probably 30 feet away from me and floating 10 or 15 feet in the air when I first noticed it. As the ball came closer to me, I froze! It floated above my head and across the street. Straight down the alley ,as if it were being guided. The light was so bright I could hardly look at it. It also did not make a sound. I didn't have a clue what this was until I saw a story on the Alagash Four in Michigan. I don't beleve I was abducted but I'm sure it was the same thing I saw. I havn't seen anything like that since and I don't think we had that kind of technology in the middle sixty's. I also don't understand why somthing like that would come to the small town of Sedgwick, Kansas. This happen around 10:00 PM.

was out on an open field where i came across a UFO. all i could see was a bright white light, then blue and green. i walked closser to i realised i was face to face with a UFO.

kind of grey looking and black. it was kind of round but the shape was triangle.

a alien was standing behind me. very human looking in ways but at the same time nothing like us. had small mouth, biggish head, round'ish face. i backed off. i was scared.

I could fill her (the alien) telling me, relax your safe. i meet her again and again after that. still do rarely, but i use a small round stone like device to comunicate two her. cant mention any names of aliens or areas as im scared of the cia. but i can and will tell you this. there are lots of different types of aliens out there. most are bound to a fedaration type thing. the allien i meet is also from this fedaration. who are friendly. they wish to help us with space travel and so on but think we are not ready, and plus most goverments panic and think the aliens want to take there technoligy back from crashed UFOs. the small triangle faced grey alens we have all come to think of when we think of aliens. they are real to, but are not bound or part of the fedaration. they keep two them self's. they are timetravel'ers. 911 they where there watching, anything from our past till now they have been there watching. there are aliens amoung us today. even our goverments making deals with them. there are half human half alien breeds living amoung us. all this i was told and shown by my female alien friend. who i call lucy as i could never pronouce her name. I have proof of all this in so many ways but you got to understand that things must play out the way they are surposed to. i no i will be stoped by the goverment if i try. appollo 11 when we landed on the moon we was watched by UFOs. lucy told me. our astranoults walking on the moon saw the UFOs landing on the other side of the moon. no astranoult has gone back to the moon since, i wounder why? could there be a alien base on the moon. the main base for watching and studying our planet. there is. only reason our goverment never told us is so we dont panic about an invasion. there is a alien race that tried to invade us but the fedaration of aliens stopped them before they invaded. the grate hole on jupitor is proff of it.

a field off Hwy 24 about 50 miles east of Kansas City

all vehicles on hwy 24 were pulled over to the shoulder of the road eastbound with people outside their vehicles looking up at the object. in the blink of an eye with no noise other than a soft swishing noise not like an engine disappeared the object from our sight. without a word from any of the people observing they seemingly mechanically just got back in their vehicles and drove away. we got back in our vehicle, my then girlfriend and now my wife of 33 years, and drove off. Another thing that was strange was that our vehicle shut down completely upon topping a hill where everyone was observing at the crest. we coasted to the side of the road where the onlookers were already pulled over. when the object was gone our vehicle was able to start and we continued on the rest of our trip to moberly, missouri to visit my aunt and grandmother.

The weirdest thing was that my girlfriend and I didn't mention this to anyone because we didn't remember it happened for approximately 10 years later. In a conversation we were having unrelated to the ufo siting we both remembered in detail the siting instantanously at the exact same moment.

We have always wanted to locate another siting of this by anyone who might of been there but don't know how to find this out. I've always been interested in finding out if we were abducted and the amnesia would of concealed any abduction. We would like to have a retro hypnosis done on us to maybe uncover more details that we have not been able to discuss. We would also like to know if anyone could remember seeing anything that night.
