It was spheroid or something like, which was fascinatingly radiant. It was very bright, so one could see a needle lying on the floor - everything in the room was as if filled with light.

This sightning is not of my own, my grandmother has told me yesterday but I don't think that she would write about it. She awoke because of crescent of maroon light beating through window of her bedroom, and the hall was penetrated with very bright light, which had colour of fire but was mush brighter, as if huge lump og glass was radiant from inside, so everything in the room was seen better than in daytime. The fascinating light in the room was very short in duration, but lasted for several seconds outside the house. No sound was heard at all during the event.

I VIEWED THE OBJECT LOOKING AT THE BOTTOM SIDE OF IT. IT WAS ENOURMOUS, ROUND AND HAD A SPIRALING NEON GREEN COLORED DESIGN THAT MY FRIENDS AND MYSELF REFER TO AS LOOKING LIKE A LOWER CASE "E", OR A PINWHEEL.

THE DOWNRIVER AREA IS 15 MILES SOUTH OF DETROIT, VERY URBAN. THE RIVERVIEW HIGHLANDS GOLFCOURSE/SKI HILL IS A HALF MILE EAST OF THE SIGHT. WITH ONLY A FIELD CONTAINING THE WJR RADIO STATION BETWEEN MY PARENTS HOUSE AND THE SKI HILL.

ON AUGUST 15TH 1986, THREE FRIENDS AND MYSELF WERE STANDING IN MY PARENTS DRIVEWAY AT APPROX 10:40PM. THIER HOUSE SAT DIRECTLY NEXT TO A WINTER SKI RESORT DUBBED MOUNT TRASHMORE, AND BEHIND THEIR HOUSE IS A 200FT TALL RADIO TOWER FOR THE STATION WJR DETROIT. THE FOUR OF US THEN BEGAN TO HEAR A VERY LOUD BUZZING BASS TYPE NOISE, YOU COULD ACTUALLY FEEL THE VIBRATIONS OF THIS NOISE, AS IF YOU WERE STANDING IN FRONT OF A GIANT SPEAKER. WHEN ONE OF MY FRIENDS POINTED UP, WE WITNESSED SOMETHING I WILL NEVER FORGET. AN OBJECT/UFO LITERALLY THE SIZE OF A FOOTBALL STADIUM WAS HOVERING OVER THE TOWER, RIGHT ABOVE OUR HEADS. THE OBJECT HAD A SPIRALING DESIGN THAT MOVED AROUND SLOWLY AND WAS NEON GREEN IN COLOR. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES MY MOTHER RAN OUTSIDE AND TOLD US THAT SHE WANTED US TO SEE WHAT THEY WHERE ABOUT TO SHOW ON THE 11PM NEWS WXYZ., ABOUT UFO SIGHTINGS IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA, AND WE POINTED UP. AFTER A TOTAL OF MAYBEE SIX OR SEVEN MINUTES, THE OBJECT SLOWLY DRIFTED NORTH AND OUT OF OUR SIGHT. RUSHING INTO THE HOUSE WE INDEED SAW THIS SAME OBJECT ON THE NEWS. AND THE NEXT DAY AN ARTICLE IN THE DETROIT FREE PRESS HAD A PICTURE AND SAID THE OBJECT WAS REPORTED MOVING NORTH FROM EVERY STATE FROM TENNEESEE THRU MICHIGAN AND UP THRU CANADA. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE BEEN WAITING 20 YEARS TO FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS, AND WAITING TO SEE SOMETHING LIKE IT AGAIN.

I was looking out at the stars on my front porch, when I saw this star moving in weird up and down patterns. It kept moving in closer and it was flashing just a bright white light. As time went by it was about 100 feet high in the air. It wasn't in the shape of a circle, but it was a triangle. It kept moving and was absolutly silent.

As she saw it coming over the horizon it obviously got bigger, but she thinks it may have had 50 metres wide wingspan.

On a coach with my mother, I was about 6 /7 going to a holiday destination. Can't recall exactly where the sighting was but the destination was cornwall. Looking out over a moor or a large set of fields my mother shouted "wow, did you see that?" I responded and she described seeing something fly over the horizon and over the coach in a blink of the eye. She is 60 now, and knows that nothing can go that fast, "not even a shooting star".

I have shown her pictures/videos of US spy planes and stealth bombers but she can draw exactly what shape it was and it coincides with many other photos and sketches of the perfect V shape that is seen in other sightings.

I have always had a keen interest in the paranormal, especially UFO's. I don't visit graveyards at night or stand out in the cold in the middle of Bodmin moor waiting for an alien to insert a probe, but I do visit sights like these ever since my mum had her sighting.

Could have been a stealth at full speed. But how would it get over the horizon and past the coach in a split second.

This "ball" hanged over the trees about 100. meters away from the window.

after a minute or two it suddenly moved, fast as a jet plane, this from standing still.

The acceleration was astonishing.

It flew right over the train and I ran over to the opposite window of wagon to see where it was heading.

The "ball" was now hanging free in the air about 5 -10 meters over a open field.

Approximately 150-200 meters away.

This "ball" had a sound I could describe as thing between a very high tone and a highvoltage transformator or something like that.

And as I said, it was like quicksilver surrounded by light change between white yellow orange and light blue. The size of object was between 3 -6 meters in diameter.

Anyway, it was hanging there and suddenly it vanished "into it self" like when closing a TV picture.

Oval/Round shaped with a darker center and a "ring" like appearance on the outside edge. Three of them moving together in a triangle shape...

The entire thing (all three ) was about the size of a stealth.... that is actually what I thought I was seeing at first until it got in better focus

I was looking into the sky at 7:35 watching a satellite "flair" south and to the left of orion. I watched the sattelite flair and then as it faded I saw a triangular object appear and it moved north acrossed the sky. As the object got closer I realized that it was three seperate objects flying in a triangl formation. They looked darker in the middle with a lighter colored ring around it. ( like a dark greyish brown color) I described it to my boyfriend who was on the phone with me as looking a little like saturn. Any way , there were three of them a dark color but they looked like they were illuminated from behind...kind of like a shadow but on the dark sky. At first they stayed in the triangle formation but then the two that made up the base of the triangle moved closer together to one side and then back apart. Then the one on the right bottom moved up between the other two and then it became the point of the triangle. They moved quickly but very smoothly. I watched them as they moved over my house and then took a more westward path after just a few seconds moving west they were out of sight. It was the most incredible thing that I have ever seen. I realized what I was seeing was something "not of this world". There were no blinking lights or bright colors, no sounds or smells just the three dark looking objects that stood out in the sky enough to see.

Not a star or a planet... not a satellite as I had been watching satellites (as a matter of fact I had seen two sattelites this evening in the same area as these objects).... I thought it could have been a plane until it got closer and it was very obviously 3 seperate objects flying in some type of formaion but there were no lights on it like most airplanes that we see in our skys

The object was a red round ball about the size of a basketball from what my mother saw. It was very bright and glowing and illuminated the entire street since it took place in the middle of the night.

My mother was sitting on her front porch at about midnight, and she noticed a very strange, bright, glowing light, she then looked over and saw a solid red ball, floating above the street about 3 ft. in the air. She knew it wasn't a car light since there were no cars around and it was completely solid. It made no sound and floated quietly down the street and out of view.

It couldn't have been man-made at all. It was a solid red ball that glowed very brightly and hovered above the ground. It also didn't look like ball lightning either.

I totally believe in ufo's, as well as my mother who saw it. I knew plenty about ufos already and was and still am very interested in them. I especially believe in them after what I heard from my mother.Besides, too many people have seen them already and have even reported being abducted by them, so how can I not believe in them?
