came by accident on a story about 2 police officers sighting a ufo near Skipton on 12 dec 1978 with a scetch of of a ufo, I was amazed as myself and a friend, saw the exact same one hovering over Rombalds Moor for at least 15 minutes late at night, and it was as clear as in the picture.

It is also strange, as there was a police comeing along the road at the time, and they must have also seen it.

it was diffently real, because after about 15 minutes it tilted to a angle of about 45% and and shoot staight up in a split second

As seen by many witnesses in the towns of Darvel and Newmilns in Scotland, and was reported in a local newspaper. The day before the comet 'Halle Bop' came into visibillity, a strange saucer shaped object appeared and hovered above Darvel. The object slowly moved over the course of two days, eventually dissapearing when the comet was visible directly North. The object was photographed and some pictures were investigated, however nothing has been heard since.

There was no discernable shapes to the crafts themselves. There was one main extremely bright light, and two or three slightly smaller, less bright lights, and quite a few of the smaller objects. Sometimes they moved with great speed, making very sharp turns, the lights appearing to turn on and off and dart about and changed colors from an extremely bright regular light to reddish, orange, yellow smaller lights.

The brightest lights and the "babies" could be covered by 3 or 4 fingers, we had no way to tell their size at all. The bright lights were significantly larger than the smaller, colored and white lights.

Our description of these events: my husband and I saw a light which grew brighter and then faded back in intensity, then the lights moved rapidly up and down and from side to side. There was one light that looked like it was shooting out little lights which hovered and also moved eradically . There was always one main light; but there were numerous other lights around it that would pulse and disappear and then come right back. There were approximately two or three lights that were the brightest which also moved among the smaller lights. The lights also changed colors and would wink off and on. As we watched the main lights over a period of about fifteen to twenty minutes, about ten airplanes seemed, coincidentally, to come from a westerly direction and flew in a straight flight path toward the lights. At times it almost appeared that the lights were "dancing" turning off and on, rapidly changing speeds and directions; there were several extremely bright lights, but they did not stay in one place. All the lights were brighter than anything we have ever seen, including airplane landing lights. The main light would turn off momentarily, and would turn on a few seconds later to the exact same spot it had been in. There were lights that changed colors from an extremely bright regular light to reddish, orange, yellow smaller lights. The main light would also blink as it lowered in the sky a bit, then went dark, and turned up back in the spot it had been in originally. We could not determine whether there was any interaction with the lights and all the airplanes that happened to be flying in that direction.

star like object. looks just like a star, only a bright star. Sometimes it dims to where you can barely see it, sometimes it seems to pulsate red-white-blue lites that are faint, sometimes these lights brighten at different intervals. sometimes this star is followed by a dimmer star at close range. sometimes it's a small amber lite. it seems like it could be taking on various forms including a craft of some kind. have also seen different types of spacecrafts 1. metallic dome shape, in broad daylite 2. black triangle with red & yellow lites on the corners 3. cigar shape craft with red flashing lites note: the metallic dome shape one was seen nearby (aprx. 1/2 mi. away) hovering silently & was aprx. the size of 3 computer screens, in appearance. 4. also saw large dome shape craft at nite with red flashing lites, Michael Jordan could stand inside it no problem. I gave descriptions of the objects in my sighting report.

I've seen quite a few unidentified objects. I'll describe the hovering metallic dome shape object in "relative size" would be 1 ft. high & 1 ft. 4'' wide. How big do I think it was, given the aprx. 1/2 mi. distance? Don't know. Aprx. 18 years ago, at 9PM I was driving home when I noticed a tiny amber lite following an airplane less that 1 ft. away. It seemed to me like it could be a UFO. Always had been interested heavily in UFOs, hadn't really ever believed they existed, I believed only in the possibility UNTIL at that moment, I looked off to my left to see a very very bright star that seemed out of place, much too low. Shrugged it off, looked again & it was brighter and seemingly even lower. Still thinking, "nah". This was in a rural area on a dirt road with woods to my right & a vast open field to my left. I was on my way home. This bright star object began following me to my left, aprx. 20 car lengths away & aprx. 70 ft. above ground (maybe less) on a very strait path, while I continued driving down this long winding road. I realized this was not normal. At this point, I began to believe this star was no star but a UFO. I wasn't afraid of it. I drove slowly & it kept the same speed I did, I'd speed up, so would it, a few time I stopped to see if it would stop, it did. As I continued driving to the final turn, the star flew right to me keeping the same straight flight path. Being engulfed in fascination, I stopped to watch it. It stopped aprx. 11ft. away from me & in 0 secs. became a massive star - aprx. 2-3 stories high & aprx. 50+ ft. wide. It was great to see! It didn't blind me at all as I gazed at it, in astonishment. It stayed there for aprx. 3 secs. until a vehicle darted around the corner (I thought the driver saw this thing too, but showed no signs of it & kept going) at that exact moment, I saw the lite was gone, then noticed a bright regular size star, but a very bright star hovering inches above nearby trees. This thing I saw made no noise or caused any commotion. When I saw it, I think I was getting sick, immediately after the sighting I became terribly emotional, crying hysterically for 1/2 hour for no reason then I got violently ill & extremely cold so bad that I had piled 4 blankets on me & I stayed sick for a month. Years later I learned a couple of wackos I knew of mentioned seeing a very very large star (years apart from my encounter & not in same area). I never discussed my sighting with anyone for many years. After this encounter, I've experienced hundreds of encounters but they didn't occur right away. I've seen a lot of stuff, but am only going to write about the main things. Basically after the encounter I really hadn't seen anything else for many years & I'd been watching for stuff but never really saw anything. So anyway, aprx. 8-9 years ago, I began seeing unidentified unusual objects flying at nite. I can't recall exactly when this started, but I noticed a bright low star that seemed to follow me everywhere, I would drive all over the place, make twisty turns to see if it was following me. It was. I could keep my eye on it, so it was evident it wasn't a plane or a star. I'd compare other stars - yes stars all can deceptfully appear to follow but this one was different, strangely bright, unusually low & would sometimes fly real low & sometimes very high & pulsated blue & red colors from time to time, sometimes it would turn into a very faint amber lite that sometimes got brighter, most the time it held the appearance of a regular star - often a little brighter than most stars are. At first the sightings seemed to be once in a while & then quickly became very frequent - all occurring at nite. Everywhere I drove to at nite, this object would follow me, staying aprx. 1/4-1/2 mile away from me most the time, remaining very visible & frequently flying super low, like aprx. 100-200 ft. off the ground most the time. When it follows me it usually stays off to my left where I can watch it & if I go 80mph, so does it, if I stop, it stops. I love to see what it does. This star/ufo-like thing has followed me around constantly for 8-9 years. I've held a few nite jobs & this ufo is mainlly visible at nite & it has followed me to & from work on enumerous occasions. At one particular job I had, this star/object would stop by a vaccant building near work & it would hover in the dark shadowy area near that building obscured by trees - but I could see it & it would get unusually bright - in this location, no one ever saw it because the way it's situated, this star/object would stay there very low to ground like 20ft. above ground, hovering. To the best of my knowledge there were no street lamps there - I think I may of checked that out once. When I'd leave work late at nite, I'd watch for it & it visibly took off & followed me every time. This to me is the most confounding of all my encounters, this object can get that close, go unnoticed by others, hover in thin air endlessly - if in fact it's a real life ufo (as I believe it is after all these countless encounters), then it makes everything I heard about space travel being impossible - well, extremely possible. Two different times, months apart on my way home, I watched this star fly 110-150 ft. above ground, following me as I drove (at aprx. 1/2 mi. or less from me) as I passed a large franchise, it flew directly over their parking lot on a very straight path. I saw that there were a half dozen people out there, if they looked up there's no way they could of missed it. There's been other times while driving home that the star/object will fly high up way ahead of me in the exact direction I'm going & follow me home. Sometimes it's also had company with it: another star like it only not as bright, following it closely. The star/object (ufo is easier to write plus I believe 100,000% it is a ufo & does have company). I'm just gonna say it's a ufo. It is an UNIDENTIFIED object that behaves like something otherworldly. I really see this while driving, when it follows me home, it stays back 1-1/2 mi. away, when it follows me, it generally stays 1/2- 1 mi. away from me, sometimes it gets just a few hundred feet away. It only followed me all the way home once. It stays close by for the most part. It varies a little. For fun one very very late nite, I thought I'd see if I could get the ufo to come down & see me. I drove to a small wooded area facing a major highway I'd just crossed, facing the highway in these woods, I waited & watched as this star literally flew across the highway toward me, growing brighter, it also suddenly turned into a large beautiful ball of light (white light) aprx. 1 1/2 ft. in diameter, it slowly flew toward me & stopped aprx. 2 ft. right in front of my face & I said aloud "holy cow!" Or I said something like that. Then it turned into a star/object again, flying straight up over me, I looked up, couldn't see it, so I drove to an open area to see if it would follow, I found it there with a red light, it looked like the red lite was chasing it, they seemed to be in a fight or a plalyful fight - chasing eachother in twister formation. I didn't feel too good about the red lite, it bothered me. They were flying upward, then away & I left. I felt cheated somehow out of the magnificent encounter. I've lived numbers of places, and a few times returning home at nite (since I've mainly worked nite hours) nearby my place, has been a large gold star on (like aprx. 5ft++ tall & 4 ft. wide) just sitting there, hovering in space only 20 ft. above trees. I've tried chasing that a few times & it has vanished, yet I've seen the star/ufo/object instead. I'm surprised others haven't seen it. One time, this golden light turned into a black triangle flying very near by & aprx. 10-20 ft. above a 1 story building in an unpopulated area, the triangle had faint red lites on ea. corner, or I think I remember a yellow lite on one corner. It did some fancy maneuvers and sped away. There's been a few times of the many times I've driven all over the place watching the star/object to see if it is or isn't following me, I've pulled over in deserted places as well as parking lots to watch it, a few times when doing that, I saw a dark grey cigar-shape object hovering very low above trees staying there with flashing red lites & I'd drive off & it has followed me for a short way (aprx. 1 mi. or more). It has followed me out of the state, like way up north. I moved out of state for a long time & never saw it, I did see something that resembled it. One month after I moved back, I saw it without a question, at dusk & it followed me aprx. 3 stories off the ground. That's one of the few times I'd seen this in the daylite. If it's overcast, I don't see it. At a place I used to visit, I frequently saw an actual spacecraft hovering nearby, very low - making no sound, not moving at all. It was a grey metallic dome shape ufo is all I can describe it as. I saw it off & on for 4 months. I also saw a dome shape craft at nite in a vast open area (it had red flashing lites on it) it was hovering aprx. 20 ft. above the ground in the distance. That same nite, I saw earlier, a dome shape craft that had to be at least 15 ft. high & 30-40ft. wide with red flashing lites on it, this got very close - aprx. 50 ft. from me I looked at it, looked away, looked back & it had retrieved into the distance as I first described. I haven't seen any ufo-like sightings in months, I have seen some things that are 70% possible that they are ufos like the one(s) I've encountered. I truly believe I've been being followed by a ufo off & on for the past 8-9 years, uncertain if it's been following me lately since I haven't seen it for certain. I've never been abducted or met any aliens or had any nightmares of abductions. At one residence, I could watch it way up in the sky (I knew it was it cause I watched it follow me home) & it pulsates red, white & blue colors, that brighten & dim a lot, but subtly (can't explain it too well) as if it is trying to communicate. If it's intelligent as I believe it is, it should realize I can't talk to it. I'd love nothing more than to go to SETI (in hopes it'll follow me) & let SETI try to signal it. I thought of contacting them about it , but I'm afraid they won't believe me. Not sure if they or anyone else is really all that interested in it. I'm not interested in making a fool of myself either. I didn't tell many people about these experiences for many many years, I felt my ufo didn't want to be recognized. Then one day I messed up & told a bunch of people & didn't see the ufo for at least 5 months. I like having the ufo around, I consider it a friend even though I may or may not have seen it in a few months. This has created a moral dilemma for me also since I'm trying very hard to be Christian & not sure if I ought be out looking for ufos but on that note, God did create the Heavens & everything on Heaven & earth. I'm not trying to preach to anyone, though. These sightings have gone on for 8-9 years, I've mostly kept it all to myself but "encountering" this computer site, I felt I might as well write about it here, and I may never tell many people again as it stands. I 'm not sure if this thing is good or evil, it seems innocuous. I'd like to know more about it, wouldn't we all. Personally, I don't even know what it wants but it sort of does seem like it's trying to send signals of pulsating lights, as I said - I'm disappointed because I really would like to communicate wtih it & I think SETI could bridge that gap but I'm not about to contact SETI about it, I haven't got that kind of nerve, not as yet anyway. I don't know for certain if it's still around anyway. I don't know what to make of it. I don't at all feel the objects I have seen were blimps, satellites or weather balloons, or airplanes. The black triangle, I could excuse as a military craft. I've seen many types of unidentified objects. Chiefly a star-like object that I have watched closely that has been very close to the ground as well as high up. It definitely is following me everywhere at low & high altitudes on a very straight flight path most the time but it is very obvious it is not a star - although stars also always appear to follow everyone, this one is unique, it changes colors, it has been as low as 15-20 ft. off the ground on many occassions & hovered there many hours in the same place, until I leave the area , then one could see it, as I have take off & follow me.

I'm no scientist, but I believe there is one or more aliens trying to communicate with me, using light signals to do so. I've had some very close encounters with unidentied objects that I definitely feel are alien - still they didn't speak with me - I've had hundreds of sightings of a star like object that follows me everywhere & it pulsates red-white-blue colors that dim & brighten at different intervals (this occurs a lot, but not all the time) it seems like they're trying to say something & may not be able to converse with me without technology, like what SETI has to offer. For a long time I've sort of believed the alien(s) haven't wanted the world to know of them. Maybe I was wrong. I'd like to believe that the alien(s) are friendly. I've heard a lot of horror stories - I myself have never been abducted, I tried to talk to them a few times, out loud, no response. I gave up on that pretty quick. I like believing that whatever is controlling the crafts I have seen is good. Haven't seen the crafts in a long time, there's more than one, but mainly just one that I see the most. I've seen things that may be it, but difficult to tell 100%, last sighting I felt certain of was aprx. 3-6 months ago, lost track. I'm stating here that I prefer to remain anonymous completely, I'm giving a fake name & no email, if email is required, I'll be forced to erase this report. After 8-9 years of hundreds of sightings, I encountered this internet site, and felt I could write to you about it.
