Summary:
A star sized faintly orange ball just travelled across the entire night sky in an east-West direction. It wobbled slightly in its' path. My eye was atrracted to it as I initially thought it was a shooting star. However, the length of it's journey and theslight deviation it made automatically made my hair stand on end. I have watched the night skies all my life and I have not seen anything like this since 1979.

Growing up in Gas Valley, Hancock County, WVA, in a children's home there, I remember an incident about a UFO that caused panic and excitement. I remember alarms going off and possibly several power outages. We were not allowed to sleep in the dorms that night, sleeping instead in the common areas. This would have been sometime in the 60's, and as we were located approx 80 miles NW of Kecksburg, there may be a connection.

Summary:
Three points of light, magnitude 2, covering 3 degrees of sky, moving in formation with relative positions slightly shifting at 3:30AM in mountains of Colorado. Lights moved from overhead to northern horizon in about 3 minutes,silent, no indicia of conventional aircraft or satellite behavior (e.g. fading when crossing earth's shadow).

As I looked up at the stars I noticed one of them was moving. It was moving in a straight line and I just assumed it was a satellite. As we continued watching we noticed other "stars" start to move. Some of them making over 90 degree turns almost instantly. One of them was moving in a triangular pattern. We noticed two other objects come out from what seemed to us at the time another large star.
Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?No, nothing I know of can make 90 degree turns at significant speed. My fathers discpiption is that there were no visible wings or controll surfaces on this object. Further it had no visible means of propulsion. Interestingly, it emitted a humming sound. My dad wondered to himself quote "What is keeping it up there." My father had been a hot caseman , on a five inch antiaircraft gun, during. the second world war, and was quite familliar with aircraft shapes . He in fact used to draw these complete for his children. He and my mother never forgot this shocking, and very unusual sighting. It started as a flash of light in the sky which then proceeded to trace across the sky at high speed,it then manouvered itself and came to rest above a group of chestnut trees across the road from me.The object itself was semi transparent with a pink and blue hue,it was cone shaped with the slightly longer part directed downwards.The most exciting thing was what appeared to emanate from the bottom of the object,like looking through a jet engines exhaust plume.This had the effect of causing the tree tops to appear to oscillate and distort.To me,this effect gives creedence to the reality of the object. Summary:
Midwinter, either December 2004 or January 2005. Two coworkers were outside of thier cars in the Employee Parking Lot waiting for the Cars to warm up and conversing. (It was colder inside the cars than out in the winter weather.) Both Coworkers observed a slow hovering object in the dark winter sky. Cluster of white lights moving slowly as if it was one object.

Full Description & DetailsI and another employee of Wal~Mart observed a cluster of white lights moving slowly in the air south of the parking lot. It appeared to be moving as if it was one object. We kept looking at it but glanced away. After several glances Chris asked me what that object was. I told him I did not know. After talking about it we noticed that it was not an airplane. It was moving too slowly to be getting ready to land at an Air Port. I assumed that if it left the area in a few minutes that it must be some kind of conventional aircraft that was just moving slowly. I was tired from working all day long and realized that I might not be thinking straight.

I have no oninion yet on UFO's however I have read a few documents by accident that were in fathers briefcase. I was young then and did not understand the need for secrecy. Even though I researched them, I was in a limbo between unsure to pursue this subject and drop it or plunge myself in it's reality.
