like a normal plane with just white coloured small lights first approaching - then when it was above us - I only saw the under view it was triangle like with 3 lights of average brightness cant remember any unusual colours

I was about 8 years old at the time and my Mother was driving the car back from Milton under Wychwood to Lyneham - I looked out the window and on my left hand side saw what I thought was a low flying plane just normal looking lights in the distance but lower than a normal plane. The object seemed to be flying towards our car! I pointed this our to my mum and told her to look - then all of a sudden it moved over to us my mum stopped the car and it was literally hovering above the car with no noise - I screamed as was scared and told my mum to drive on quick she panicked and then drove on I was so scared and we told my Dad when we got home but he siad not to be silly and was prob a government plane or secret craft!!! I looked up at the craft through the see through sun roof and it had 3 main lights one a the top and 2 at the bottom like a triangle (that was the under view of the object).

no unless its a secret silent plane with fast speed and very low flight

I was very young so did not really have a view then this happened and I knew it was not a plane. My Dad did not really believe in anything like that and my mum could not explane it but we all just forgot about it - then I saw another object over chipping norton that was totally different more saucer like what you would imagine a ufo to look like!!

I was front passenger in a car with 2 friends and we were driving along the churchill to chipping Norton road (near Kingham) I looked up and saw a glow that just seemed to be one big glow almost like you would imagine a saucer shaped glow - It moved along side us and seemed to be quite low - The driver (my friend) could not believe it and pulled over on the road a car in front had also pulled over and got out of the car to look. The object seemed to hover and then all of a sudden in a speed or motion not thought possible it then moved across the sky towards chipping norton mill area - could see a very small glow then disappeared!

I had previously seen what I thought was a UFO about 8 years earlier so I had always kept an eye out for strange objects or funny lights in the sky - after seeing this one it confirmed to me that UFO exist you have to see it to believe it. I had previously seen one that was very different I thought was an air craft - I will log that as a separate sighting.

It was a somewhat industrial/business complex type area just outside of the city. No significant features really.

Was about 12 years old walking into a basketball gym with my mother when a round shadow cast on the parking lot began flying overhead. I figured it was a basketball and that it would come down but it did not so I looked up. It was a perfectly uniform silver orb moving through the air. It was not moving incredibly fast it seemed, so I got a good look at it. Because of its uniformity I could not discern its distance from me and thus its speed. I watched it for about 30 seconds before it eventually disappeared in the distance. It moved perfectly. My mother saw it too.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

I guess it is possible but the thing did not seem to have any human purpose and I have never heard of anything like that. Had no man-made flying characteristics on the UFO itself, like boosters or wings or anything. Simply a round object. Seems impossible that it was flying at all.

Rural area. No special things. We run a crystal and gemstone shop on the premises, but it was over the houses and not the shops

Seen by by neighbour from window, he then rushed out with camera and took the photos. The light changed shape and moved around, shuddered and then shot off into the sky. It came from a southern direction over the hill and then over the house.

It was huge, I'd guess the size of a football field, though it was hard to guess because it was so far away. It had 3 golden lights on it that stayed in the almost perfect form of a triangle.

It would have been about 2 inches across from our distance away, and my guess is 100 yards across.

My friend Valerie and I were driving back from Oshkosh, WI to Green Lake, WI on HWY 44 during the late evening. It was a cloudy night, with a few stars poking through here or there. I had just gotten my first cell phone a few days before hand, and I was constantly playing on it (Val was driving).

Valerie had said "OH MY GOD! WHAT THE F&$* IS THAT!?" and I glanced up and looked left to right for only a brief second before my eyes spotted it.

About an inch from the horizon (which was over a mile away) there were three lights in the sky in the form of a triangle. It looked to be HUGE and far away. I would have thought nothing of it, except for the extremely gold color of the lights themselves. I'd never seen anything like it, and I don't know if I'll ever see that oddly colored light ever again.

I attempted to take a video or picture with my cell phone, but seeing as it was from 2005, I was unable to capture it. It stayed on the horizon and didn't move for about a minute and a half before slowly fading away, each light in unison. There was a semi and we pondered whether or not to attempt to get the driver to pull over so he could back up each other's stories.

No one we told believed us, but we still talk about it till this day.

Absolutely not. I've never seen a color like that before. It was both beautiful and horrifying.

I've always been a watching of shows, but have never seen an actual UFO before. I made sure to watch the lights closely to see if they were possibly flares, but they kept the same shape throughout the 1-2 minutes.
