i was driving along a quiet road doing my job as a delivery driver in my van on a nice sunny spring afternoon with not a cloud in the sky when i saw at the top of the windscreen a flashing light like someone was signaling with a mirror,i stopped in a layby ,got out and looked up to see two saucer shaped craft hovering about 500 ft above,then they started to do fancy flying like figures of eight and the like,then they dropped down to about 100ft and hovered just above me and about 50ft in front,i could see every detail of them. i stood there looking at them for about 1min with my mouth on the floor when my dog started barking, i looked round to see that she was looking up also, when i returned my gaze to the ufo's they were gone, they must have flown away at some speed.

This was a long time ago for me, and I was only a child at approximately ten or so. It was summer, so it was light outside even if it was quite late at night. I was just leaving a friends house on my bike when I saw a grey, flying disk hover over the channel (Tjeldsundet) going in a northern direction towards the Tjeldsund bridge. It might have been about 50 meters over the water.

Y My father who was called out to a farm in Washington state via helicopter. After a woman reported something landing on her ranch. Upon arival he noted trees for just under a mile were completely singed while observing from above. The ground was "seered frozen solid with 3 tripod markings imprinted into the ground. The object which landed was no longer present when he got there but the ground where the ufo had landed had some some mounds or what he can describe as almost robotic like. Prints too large to be identified as to what exactly but appeared to have dug out areas of soil which was in between 2 of the tripod imprints. The womam on the farm who was there alone while her husband was away reported that something. Undeniably large, massive almost. And that the craft had illuminated the area scaring all the farm animals including the homes dogs to have ran around fleeing wild. The woman stated the landing which was infact something was there approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Very large, wedge-shaped/triangular, metallic looking flying craft. Four white-to-amber spotlights in a square on the bottom. Several (six or seven) smaller red, flashing lights. Two rows of oblong-shaped windows, toward the bottom of the craft, emanating a pale greenish light.

I'd have to hold my hands out 4 to 5 feet to be able to contain the length of it.Holding my hands in front of me vertically, one on top of the other, my hands would be at least two feet apart. The thing I saw looked huge. It blocked out a large portion of sky, hiding all the starts behind it.

It was in a rural area, about five miles east of Eureka Springs, and two miles north of Highway 62. I was on a high ridge dirt road at night, so going slowly. No military bases or power plants nearby that I knew about.

While driving home, between Berryville and Eureka Springs, Arkansas, at around 9:30 in the evening on FEC. 15, 1977, I saw a very large wedge or triangular shaped UFO. it was flying fairly low in the sky, not far above the treetops, and was nearby, so I could see it well. It was moving quite slowly. The UFO had four white-to-amber spotlights, arranged in a square. There were also several red blinking lights. There were two rows of windows, with a pale greenish light emanating from them. I heard absolutely no sound coming from it. I watched it for several minutes, spellbound. Then this huge thing sort of folded up on itself (sort of like origami) very quickly. The compacted version of itself then zoomed north, toward the Misspuri state line. I wrote down as many details as I could Rememner when I got home. The next morning I went to work at the Eureka Springs Times-Echo and told the owner, Bob Wheeler, what I had seen. At first he was incredulous, but soon the paper's phones were ringing with reports from police, the sheriff's office, and the radio station. I heard that Ira and Frances Whitney had sen it. I walked from the newspaper office down to their Gem Store, where I interviewed them. I also interviewed a local man named Tex Belt who had seen the UFO, called a Berryville police officer who had watched the UFO for quite awhile, Unfortunately, our weekly paper was pasted up and ready to go to print, so Bob made the decision to insert a small article rather than run a front page story.

I was so busy gathering info from others that I didn't take the time to make a report of my own. This has always bothered me.

I gave them little thought prior to actually seeing this one. I saw this before popular movies such as Star Wars, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and E.T. were released. There were 2 of them. They were the same size and dimensions and colors, exact matches. They were about 6 to 8 ft tall and around 4-5 feet wide --looking like box kites. They were a sold mass with some kind of dark grey metal on the bottom half and very top part, but there were shiny dark grey window-like areas on the mid upper level. There were lights of red, yellow, green and possible blue on tops and bottoms (one only each) and lights of these colors on each side of both of them. I can't remember where each color was.

rural area on the Samoa peninsula across the Bay from Eureka a city of 30,000. There are 2 communities on this 7 mile long peninsula. They are Samoa (around 1,000 people) and Manila (around 1000 people). They are 3 miles apart and 3 miles to Arcata and the Arcata bottoms. The peninsula has the bay on one side and Pacific ocean on the other. There are massive dunes all up and down the peninsula some with massive sized dunes and as large as a mile wide ( from Bay to Ocean). There are massive very old woodlands with much foilage. Many wildflowers cover the dunes once again as we have save them from beach buggies, etc.

We left my home in rural Manila where my home was surrounded by much land and dunes when about a city block away we (my friend and I) saw a supposed helicoptor sitting on the hill in front of us. It was an incredible sight! two box-kite looking metal , dark grey with shiny darkened window surrounding the tops. There was different colored lights on each side and both top and bottom and there was no sound at all. After about 20 sec. they sped off very quicky , again no sound, but the light were signalling each other. We followed them as they sped off over the Bay, Humboldt Bay to Eureka Ca. , small town of 30,000 people. they disappeared from us as we went into town to make a call to the local radio station to report this sighting. Manila where I once lived was then a small village of maybe 1,000 people and much space, now it's doubled in size. This whole episode took maybe 15 minutes and I've never forgotten. I got in touch with the UFO people somewhere in CA and they gave info to Chicago's national ufo place and I sent them a picture I drew of them.

Absolutely not!!!!! I was living as a very young single mother with a 2 yr old child on 3 acres and our home was in the middle very alone. I was fearful of this encounter because of the strangeness of it. I will never forget this.

Saucer shaped almost the size of the square ranch home it hovered over. I think the home is around 1500 square feet. The color was a glowing yellow with a pattern of 3 red and 3 white lights all the way around the edge of the saucer. The lights blinked sequencially around the saucer.

I was 10 years old. My youngest sister was already in bed. It was a warm evening because we had windows opened. My mother, my older sister and I were watching television. I heard an unusual swishing sound and could not hear the T.V. I looked around the room and saw that both my mother and sister were still looking at the television. When their puzzled faces showed me that they were confused by the sound, I walked over to the front door of the livingroom. This door was opened and the storm door was closed with the screen opened. I looked towards the northwest across the street and saw a yellow saucer aircraft hovering over my neighbor's home. I yelled to my mother to look. Both my sister and mother came to where I stood. The saucer at this point, exited o the north towards the Saginaw Bay. It quickly, but very silently, flew away. My little sister had entered the room after it flew away. My mother, not wanting to scare her, told her to get back to bed. She asked what was going on and my mother's quick reply was "nothing". We were told not to say anything to my young sister about what we saw. My mother from that day, on refused that she saw anything. She finally admitted that she saw the saucer when we were watching the night sky about five years. I don't think that my older sister came to the door before it flew away. As I remember, we never called anyone to report it. I checked the newspaper for days thinking that someone else surely had heard or seen something that warm evening. When I asked my friends that live next door and behind us, neither of them heard nor saw anything unusual that evening. They also, like us, had their windows opened. I knew that it was around 8 or 9 pm because as I recall we were watching the Partidge Family. All of the children in the neighborhood were always back indoors and showered before the Brady Bunch started. My oldest sister, to this day, has no recollection of that night. My youngest sister remembers that night and how she wanted to know what was going on.

No. My 5th grade teacher said it probably was a weather balloon. I was a child that like to star gaze at night. I continued to watch the sky since this event hoping to see what I saw. I wanted to prove to skeptical people that it was real. I have since seen weather balloons. Their size is minuscule compared to the size of the saucer I saw. I still do not understand the sound we heard that our neighbors did not hear. The sound interfered with our ability to hear the tv. The show continued th play without any interference.

The flying orb appeared round, saucer-like in shape. It glowed very bright, sort of pulsated as it hovered high above, dodging through and around the few sparse clouds that shown on that bright sunny day. It moved extremely fast. And glowed as bright as the sun. At first I'm thinking this is impossible...there's the sun (which I consciously marked as a reference point), and here's this glowing orb whisking above in short quick bursts of speed, dodging in and around the few clouds in the clear blue sky.

I didn't have a camera with me on this day, yet I sure wished I did. I walked along the parking lot area of (then known as) E.J. Korvette's shopping mall and the first thing I heard was hundreds of car horns sounding off... Drivers were purposely blowing their car horns to bring attention to the event that was happening in the skies above. Between the huge outdoor mall parking lot, the people in the stores running out to witness the ufo, and the countless drivers riding along the connecting highways (i287, i95), there had to have been literally hundreds of people who witnessed this phenomena, yet no one has ever mentioned it afterwards.

My only reference towards the time/date, strange as it sounds, is that it was the summer of 1974, and during that time, I remember one of the hit songs on the radio was the Paul McCartney & Wings single "Band On The Run." What I saw in the skies that day...what hundreds of people were witness to that day...it was like sci fi in broad daylight. What I felt as I watched this object was a sense of awe. Does anyone out there remember this? The uncanny thing is that, even as I watched this object, I got the sense that it appeared lost...as if it was trying to gain it's bearings, before it suddenly warped away at high speed.

It was incredible. People were yelling and screaming. I saw some people kneeling on the ground with their hands raised up as if in praise... Cards literally stopped on Boston Post Road with people getting out of their vehicles to look towards the skies.

At first, you have to ask yourself if what you saw was a man-made object...or a shooting star, or something, yet this was not the case. And here's the downright corny thing about it...the very next day, and for a few days after, there were odd shaped blimps and hot air balloons flying over the same Port Chester area, as if the government was trying to pass it all off as some sort of gag.

This is the first time I have ever told this story to the general public. It was during the time I was working on my private pilots license. The date is an estimate.

On about June 15th, 2005, I thought it was a great day for flying, so I called my flight instuctor and the both of us met at the Ledgedale Airpark in Brockport, NY. I was a student pilot at the time, so the instructor told me to fly solo but noted I should fly only the Ledgedale flight pattern and perform 'touch and go's' so he was able to visually evaluate me from the ground. So while flying the pattern, I was on the downwind leg when I noticed a metallic round figure at 12 O'clock and at the same altitude. At first, I couldn't estimate the distance because I wasn't sure what the object was. Within 5 to 10 seconds, the object positioned itself at my 2 or 3 O'clock and at a distance of 15 to 20 feet from the aircraft. My Cessna was traveling at about 85 to 90 mph. It stayed at this position for the remainder of the leg (40 seconds). After turning left for my base leg, I lost track of the object.

The object appeared to be about 12 to 18 inches in diameter and had a grayish appearance. It looked like a steel ball. Against the overcast sky, this thing would be very difficult to see from the ground. In fact, when I landed, I couldnt wait to discuss the object with my instructor, but sadly, he didnt see it, so I felt a little weird talking about it. Strangely, I sort of remember it having a slight texture, but I was so nervous, I dont remember the detail of the texture, except to say it appeared to have a beveled surface with high and low spots.

There was no doubt this was intellegently controled. From the beginning to the end, this object made deliberate movements to approach my airplane. Furthermore, it appeared to be stationary for about 40 seconds, despite the fact we were both traveling 80-90 mph.

When I first made visual contact with the object, I thought it was a child's balloon. When the object came within 20 to 40 feet, it was very clear it was NOT a child's balloon. Balloons dont usually travel 90 miles an hour on a calm windless day.

Matte black, the absence of light, triangular , not like an isosceles but a little more stretched out and extended, two long sides and one short on the back. The bottom had one intermittent reddish light (maybe orange or yellowish at times) that was VERY VERY faint. Absolutely silent, it felt like a hole in the matte of stars above me, a triangular absence of light.

With my arms outstretched , its almost the whole length of the distance between them, it filled almost all of your peripheral vision except for some small strips on the sides of the craft where I could see the stars still. ACTUAL size, it could have been a mile long depending on the flying altitude, it was hard to gauge, 500 yards per long side, maybe 250 on the short side on the low estimate, the high estimate i would say would be over a mile long.

Okay, so it was late September of 2006, my wife and I had recently graduated from college and moved down to Tennessee to live on her family's farm as we really couldn't afford our current rent situation in Kentucky. The land is a 10 acre plot with a lake and outlying barns as well as a house and a large garage attached.

I was standing in the side yard between the house and the outlying barns with my wife and two dogs who were staked into the ground on runners. The sun was setting between the barns and the garage and in the distance i see what looks to be a star off to the side of the setting sun. The 'star' did a U or V shaped arial maneuver with a loop at the top, this sort of blew my mind as the speed was amazing. After the maneuver it stopped, seemed to 'look' this direction (more of a feeling, I know it sounds crazy but I felt some sort of intentionality to the movement, like it noticed that I saw it). It then VERY VERY quickly, like imperceptibly fast came directly toward our position,

This is the point in time where there is a gap in my wifes memory and my memory as well, things are veiled or fuzzy but then regain clarity and certainty very shortly after, this next experience is etched in my mind like it was put there by the finger of god.

The next thing I remember, I was my wife and I both, completely silent, staring up at the sky, and what I first notice is the absence of stars in a GIANT triangular pattern, as if they were being blocked out by something. We lived in the middle of the country, no outlying lights to speak of, so the arc of the milky way is very very prominent, you can see the night sky well. This night, I could only see strips of stars on the outside of this massive shape. So if the entire night sky is a canvas, most of the canvas is absolute blackness (where there should be stars) and small strips of stars around the outside of the object.

It moved fluidly and silently, absolute silence, no frogs, no crickets, no cars on the distant highway, no aircraft, no dogs, no heater or air conditioning noise, nothing, absolute silence. It passed over us, and I got the sense of its size, it reminded me of a black totally stealth version of one of those Imperial star-ships on Star Wars, the one that is showed in the intro to the first movie. It has modules, or rows, sort of like a giant circuit board or like the gridded planning of a city. That is one of the feelings I got, that this thing looks like a blacked out inverted flying metropolis, like little houses or small modular buildings hanging there, I couldnt decide if the craft was a actually several miles across and flying VERY high (like 2000 feet) or if it was only 500 or so across and flying relatively low (500 feet), I assumed GIANT and higher, my wife thought, still large, but lower.

We watched in almost absolute silence with one another as it slowly slid over us both, absolutely silently, it passed, like a small memory or a fugue state I vaguely remember seeing one light on it half way through, reddish or maybe a weird yellow orange, it allowed me to see the gridlike or circuit like patterns and modules on the bottom briefly on what was otherwise fundamentally dark blackness of the craft. It flew off to the east, banked slightly to the north, and then kept going in that direction, i felt a sense of loss when it was gone.

My wife and I walked back into our house, The dogs were lying in the house asleep, oblivious, neither one of us remembered putting them inside the house, we looked at the clock and it read 11:30, we were outside at around 7:00 when the sun was setting, we recall maybe 30 minutes of time out there, we lost a good bit of time somewhere between the craft appearing over us and when I remember being directly under us. I wouldnt have even noticed the craft if I wasnt already looking upward when I remember last, so silent and imperceptible was it.

I consider myself to be very, very lucky, my wife does as well. Im curious as to the cause, and reason why they would bother with either of us, why make a detour directly over us, why did it notice I saw it and come toward us? How could something so massive , and absolutely silent, but with a capability to accelerate and decelerate on a dime exist? Ive told very few people this story, but Ive ready many similar examples from people on-line.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It couldn't have been a natural object, it was without a doubt something engineered, something MADE. Now was it man made? I think it is currently impossible that it could have been made by us, now, with our current technological capabilities and understanding of material sciences and physics. It COULD be man made in the sense that it potentially could have came from the future or something (very distant I would imagine), and have been on a rough anthropological journey or something like that potentially, so either from the future, or of extra terrestrial origin.

I am a materialist, an atheist, I believe in no supernatural occurrences other than the perception thereof. I had always been familiar with UFOs in popular culture but knew no one who had seen one or was even that interested in them.

Well. I toke this pictures on my android tablet. I love nature so I started taking pictures of plants and today the sky was beautiful sun was out pretty bright outside . So really couldn't see the sun . But wanted to take a picture of it so I blocked the sun woth my tablet and toke a picture. And didn't notice what I caught . Till I look at it again and saw something in the clouds I zoomed in on it and so lights ! I was shocked . I toke it at 915 in the morning. I showed my parents . And they were prwtty much shocked as well . So my mother told me see if you could get it again. I did. And got it moving two more times . Pretty crazy . Been searching the internet . Trying to find legit pages for these ufos . And found you guys. Hope you enjoy it . Cause how much it was hard to let go of these clear pictures of what I found. I do also wanna share ! Thank you...
