MY FRIEND AND I HAD JUST FINISHED OUR LAST 'O' LEVEL EXAMS FOR THE YEAR. WE LEFT SCHOOL AND WERE ON OUR WAY TO HIS HOUSE ONLY FIVE MINUTES FROM THE SCHOOL IN A SUBURB CALLED EMERALD HILL. AS WE TURNED INTO HIS STREET, WE SAW ALL THESE PEOPLE LINING THE STREET ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM. WE IMMEDIATELY SAW WHY AS THIS HUGE ORANGE BALL HOVERED ABOVE THE TREE LINE STRAIGHT IN FRONT OF US. THERE WERE NO LIGHTS AND WE DIDN'T HEAR ANY NOISE, BUT WE RACED DOWN TO THE END OF THE STREET AND IT DISSAPPEARED BEHIND THE TREES. WE TURNED AROUND AND CAME BACK UP LOOKING BEHIND US AND IT APPEARED FROM BEHIND THE TREES ONCE AGAIN. I ESTIMATE THE DISTANCE TO BE AROUND 400 OR 500 METERS AWAY. WE QUICKLY TURNED AROUND AGAIN AND RACED DOWN TO THE END OF THE STREET AGAIN WHEN AGAIN IT DISAPPEARED BEHIND THE TREES. IT NEVER CAME BACK UP, BUT IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE TO CONSIDER. THERE WERE MANY WITNESSES, PROBABLY 20 OR 30 AND MY CLOSE FRIEND DAVID AND MYSELF.

THIS IS A TRUE AND HONEST ACCOUNT OF WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY. AROUND THAT TIME THERE WAS ALSO A BIT OF TALK ABOUT UFO SIGHTINGS, BE IT A HOAX OR NOT, BUT TO ME IT IS STILL IDENTIFIED. I WAS 16 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME.

There are without doubt UFO's flying around us. Recently there was a sighting (Jan. 2004) near Melbourne, Australia, and I had a close look at the photograph in question. I don't believe there is any question that the person who took the photograph would have falsified the report. After studying the photo, I estimated that the UFO in the photo would have travelled around 1.5 meters during the exposure. It was a bright day and if the shutter speed of the camera was 1/500sec., then a quick calculation reveals the UFO was travelling at Approx. 750 meters per second, or a modest 2700 kms an hour. Does this sound unreasonable? It would be interesting to find out, maybe from someone at NASA, at what speed, given its approximate size, does an object become invisible? Would this speed of 750 meters per second make an object invisible? Yes, I think so !!

My advice is this. If you are outdoors taking photos, use as fast a shutter speed as possible. You may be surprised to see UFO's flying all around us and we don't even know it because we cannot see them. The photographer of this UFO didn't see anything at all until he downloaded the photo onto his computer?? You decide for yourself.....

My best guess is that I was about 7 years old when this happened, maybe younger. I remember having on short sleeves, and the street was still wet in places from a recent rain, late afternoon. We lived on a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood full of young families with children. My best friend, another friend of ours, and I were crossing the street from my house to go over to my best friend's house to play. When we got to the middle of the wet street, I looked up and saw something very strange. Hanging there, just ahead and above me to my right, in the overcast sky, was a big, round, silver/metal orb. Even more strange, there were yellow/white glowing symbols, almost letter-like, that were rotating around the middle of the sphere. It seemed very close by, right around the treetop level of the tallest trees in our neighborhood, much closer than anything I had ever seen in the sky. It seemed to be bigger than a car, but a lot smaller than a house. Stunned, I called to my friends who who had kept on walking. Oddly, they seemed not to recognize anything strange, nor did they even look up to where I was pointing, and they continued on across the street. I was so curious and stayed right there in the middle of the street to see if I could "read" what the symbols said, and if I could figure out what the metal ball was. My only frame of reference for anything like a message in the sky were blimps with bulb-flashing messages on the passenger car area, or planes that trailed a banner behind them. I have always loved reading, letters, communication, and language, so I was eager to solve what I thought was a puzzle. Try as I might, none of the symbols resembled any letters that I knew (there certainly weren't any "spaces" between any supposed "words"), and I remember thinking this must be another language that doesn't use the same letters. I had never seen anything in the sky shaped and looking like this orb ever before, and I remember wondering why is this new invention advertising something right over our street??? It seemed like I stood there only a few minutes, and then I found myself continuing on across the street to my best friend's house. Once inside, my friends annoyingly asked, "Where were you?" I told them excitedly about what I had seen (including both of our moms), but I was brushed off by everyone. Every so often after that, when I headed across to my best friend's house, I would stop in the center of the street, and look up to see if the metal orb had come back. I never saw it again.

I have never forgotten my own strange sighting. Over recent years, with the availability of the internet, I have looked to see if anyone has seen something like I reported here. So far, I haven't found any mention like mine with the same details in the ufo cateogory during my internet searches, so perhaps what I saw is identifiable, and someone knows what it is!

My family and I were returning from visiting relatives in NYC. My mother and brothers were asleep. It was late and I was up thinking staring out the window, while my father was driving. I looked away and then looked back out outside and up in the sky I saw the craft. I was calm even though it's creepy thinking about it now. I could'nt take my eyes off it, I was frozen but calm. My father was still driving and the craft was still following us. I'm not sure why but I looked away for a second or so and when I looked again ....... it vanished. I never told anyone until I saw a story on Unsolved Mystries and the story of this craft was featured. It was incrediable.

I observed a huge UFO in 1966. It was gray-silver metallic...disk shape with dome top. Had windows (portholes as I call them). I could see the turning of the bottom of it going in one direction as the top rotated the other direction. It had rainbow colored lights. I did not see any beings. This UFO hovered over a pond. When it got ready to go, it went up slow as not to harm anything. As it got a little ways up, it shot off into space(heaven) in the twinkling of an eye, it was gone. It was an awesome sight...

It was summer and between 12pm and 3pm when my neihbor Richie directed my attention due east about 3000 feet up. After focusing on location I became astounded. I do not believe but am probably one of the most interested individuals regarding this phenomena due to faith. I have 20/19 vision and was a pilot. Tracking was unnecessary because the objects azimuth was steady while lateral movement remained between two earth bound objects I chose to use for analyzing this. We traded questions while never taking our attention from the object as we were both interested to see how it would depart. I personally was most interested in this aspect of the craft because in my opinion, speed and maneuvering would tell me if was piloted or remote. The object from my perception could have been no less than 25-30 feet in width at its middle which tapered to half that on both top and bottom. The object would be best described as a huge silver beer barrel like craft/device. To clarify why we came to these proportions is as follows: 1) its height was 3-4000 feet of this I am positive while my best guess as to distance away from our position was no less than 5miles out. It's dimensions would have to be close to what I have stated for us to have been able to make out such detail. My gut feeling had me leaning toward a military spying or experimental observation device but this began ruling itself out for good reason. It for one was well within the troposphere where negative gravity is non-existant, It absolutely displayed 0 I repeat 0 emissions while oscillating. Now, I realize that especially, in light of weaponry such as the F-117 Stealth, that Americans are the last to know and usually for a decade or two sometimes, about our 'secret' technologies however, this object had no emissions I am sure/certain/positive. My impression was that it's movement was related to its propolsion because it would have been (the oscillating) otherwise unnecessary if you will. And as you can imagine I wondered if we were that far ahead and more importantly if this device/craft was 'us', what was this thing to be used for? For people who are ardent believers of UFO's and think we are to be wisked away or visited at any time I will throw you a bone. Whether we became fixated on this thing or whether our attention began to distort , I will tell you this. We both, almost simutaneously, asked each other out loud as to whether the other had the impression that the device/object was aware of us. We both believed that it was but I can't explain why other than 'we just knew' so to speak. Anyway, like idiots relaxed our attention to rest if you can understand. The object was gone. As I said I had used earthly markings to keep a fix on it. I had it boxed in. To say I was pissed at myself is an understatement because as I said previously, I am rather skeptical so 'how' it would have departed would have meant a lot to me. We both about two years later were ecstatic over a program that showed thee craft while hovering over Mexico in broad daylight while thousands watched. Again, the beer barrel design applied as did the oscillation as described. Am I a believer now? No but I can tell you this. If I ever had an opportunity to speak to an extraterrestrial I would ask if they too believed in a superior being and if they had anything like our Bible. If the answer was yes, I would be the happiest American alive.

Time travel, proven in theory has always intersted me in that it could be related as a way to explain UFO's however, if we could or were visiting ourselves from the future why would we not use such ability to avert catastrophes in our history. At a distance it looked like a plane flying directly at me only when it got right over me could you see that it was not a plane but a metal saucer shaped aircraft on the center of the bottom there was one red light I can't remeber if it was blinking or not. Two white lights could be seen as it was comming twards me, when it came closer i could see another wite light then another due to the round shape of the bottom the other lights could not be seen until it was passing over you. I remember six posibly eight lights around it. I ran inside to find a camera as no picture this clear ever existed. the camera was not where it usually was so I told my dad to go out in the back yard and look up as I looked for the camera. My mother looked for the camera then came out to see it. by then it was in the distance 1/4 mile away. all you could see at that time was a red light on the bottom and two white lights slightly above. when the aircraft past over my head it was very close. I estimate aproximatly 100 yards to 200 yards, it was large easily as big as our house. The sound it made was not of a jet or a helicopter, kind of a soft whistle. I kept it a secret except for those around me because I believe it was built by our government, It was to big to be transported. the flight path it took was across the most uninhabited travel posible and its direction was twards travis air force base or beale air force base. I beleave it was traveling low so less people could see the shape , if it was higher everyone could see the lights. I esamate the speed to being 5-10 miles per hour.

At dusk, I saw a cigar shaped, huge, blimp shaped craft, but which had no passenger part beneath it. It was as long or longer than a football field, with 5-6 square lighted windows along the side of it. The craft was completely silent so could not conceivably have been a blimp. It was going toward a hill nearby and appeared to be about to run into it. However, it disappeared beyond the hill, which is a river valley. I know of no other person who sighted this craft except my mother who was nearby me when this occurred. It must have gone to a higher elevation further up the river valley.

I firmly believe our planet has, at times, been visited by extraterrestrials from elsewhere in the universe(s). For what reasons, I do not know. I have no patience with people who consistently debunk those of us who have had sightings. i was about 11 years old, it was about 8:00 pm, my parents where in the living room with a guest and i was outside playing, coming from north to south at about 5 mph barley clearing the roof of our house {"single level pitched roof"} 100% silent, a large craft like every other description in the world its so cliche im sorry, but i cant describe it any other way than disc shaped,multi colored lights,it lit up the yard as bright as high noon,1 sweeping beam moving east to west,and it had some measure of detail,detail meaning not smooth, i knew instantly i was in deep trouble,so i started running across the yard. i was a chubby kid but doubt it would have mattered, but i was running away from house and i felt a level of fear i dont believe ive ever felt since, the next instance i was running toward the house, i ran thru the front door almost tearing the screen door off, i asked my mom and dad and their friend "DID YOU SEE THAT" they said no they saw nothing, heard nothing and i was in trouble for coming in late, it was now 10:35 they dissmissed it as a child making up a tale, i never did im 40 now !!!

I just bought a new Sony T1 digital camera and was taking photos first with my older Sony 705 then a few seconds later of the same scene with my new camera. When I took the photos I didn’t notice anything. Later when I put them into my computer. In the photo taken with the new camera I noticed 3 objects in the sky. At first I thought they might be birds. But when I compared the first photo from the other camera I could only find 1 object (the one at the right) it was in the same vertical plane but much higher in the sky. Which would mean that it descended vertically to the new position in the 10 to 15 seconds that it took me to take the next photo.



The two on the left may be birds I don’t know. But I think the other one may be a UFO as it is round, looks metallic and it has an aura around it.

It is necessary to zoom in on the photo to see well.

I and all in my family have been seeing UFO regularly all our lives. I saw the first one when I was a child. I am not confusing them with satellites jets etc. One day in Australia in 1964 my friend and I saw one in the day. It was silver like it was there and not there at the same time. Its surface seemed to be moving like mercury. We decided to get some witnesses and went to a nearby house that was being built. But the UFO just disappeared. When we returned to our original viewing point it reappeared. So we went back to the building site but it disappeared again. When we returned it suddenly appeared again. This happened a few times so we were convinced that it was watching us and didn’t want us to have any witnesses. Then after a while it shot down to the right, then up to the right, next up to the left and was gone. I have many more experiences that I won’t mention or you may thin I am crazy. Others in my family have had similar experiences. Any way I know UFO are real. Not sure about the ones in my photo because I didn’t see them when I took the photo. Riding east on old montaulk highway with my nephew we saw a very bright light to the south east. Although I am very familiar with the road and know the ocan is to my right, for some reason I thought it was a light on top of a tower. Suddenly I remembered that there are no towers in the ocean. At that exact instant the light began to grow brighter. After a few minutes the light was clearly brighter than anything I had ever seen. As it got brighter it gave the impression of an aircraft moving closer. My nephew ketp asking me what it could be and I said it has to be an airplane. As it got very close we realized it was moving too slow to be an airplane so I told him it has to be a helicopter. As we reach the intersection of montaulk highway and old montaulk highway my nephew leaned out the wndow to look up and see the object about to pass overhead. He told me "That is no helicopter. You better stop and get a look at this." I stopped the car and shut the engine. Looking up I saw a metalic object pass slowly overhead at perhaps 200-400 feet. There were no wings or rotors, no visible engines, and absolutely no sound. It kept gong to the northwest and we decided to follow. We followed perhaps a couple of miles to an area just north of montaulk highway. We found the object hovering just above power lines and about 1/4 mile ahead and I parked the car. The object was very visible in the moonlight. When I flashed my amber parkng lights at it, it flashed back amber lights. When I flashed my headlights it flashed back headlights. I was actually hoping to be "abducted" and taken for a ride in space. We lost sight of it because we thought we saw an orange light amid a clump of trees on a small island in a small lake. We moved close to the lake and watched but nothing happened. After siting there for some time there started a kind of hissing sound, similar to the engines on a U2. All of the dry wild grass was vibrating. No object was visible at that time and we were in mostly wide open space with only a few houses in the area, and no industrial buildings. Some time later we observed a very bright start overhead. Brighter than Venus. The star grew brighter and brighter until a brilliant blue beam of light came out of it, then it went dark. We observed what looked like a jet contrail but this one kept sinking closer and getting larger. Eventually, when the trail appeared to be at a few thousand feet altitude it had morphed into the shape of a whale. By this time 4 hours had passed. With nothing happening we left to get some food.

Throughout the experience I felt as if someone was contacting my mind. I had never had such a strong feeling before. I did have this same exact feeling again weeks later when killer whales appeared off the coast. It felt like the same someone. I always knew when the whales were about and one would surface before long if I kept looking.

Because of this feeling I came to feel that the UFO was occupied by people who left the earth long ago. I have no idea what it really was, but it's almost as spectacular, in my mind, if it was produced here on earth by humans having mastered anti gravity propulsion as it would be if it came from another world.

The object had a flat, smooth bottom and the top was about as high as the bottom was wide. It was not like a saucer, more of an inverted cone, but not pointy on top. The sides sloped up rather steeply and there were some shapes from bottom to top in front and back. The look was as if bare aluminum like an unpainted airplane. I do not recall any windows or openings.

The winter population of Montauk was perhaps a few thousand or less in those days. Few would be out at that hour. I often wondered why no one reported it, but we did not report it either. There is some sort of top secret miltary base a few miles west. No one ever seemed to know what went on there but you could see a large rotating radar type thing. People assumed it was part of NORAD, but I don't think they really knew.

The next day we returned to the sight during daylight and were very surprised to see that the lake was a grass field. The night before we did not go closer to the orange light because it looked like water to us. There is only a grassy fieald with a house in the middle.

I think whoever was in that craft was playing with our minds. I think they took notice when I overcame the first illusion, and noted that there is no tower in the ocean. They seemed curious about us. I can't imagine whay vistors from another planet would be so interested in that particular site. If it was some sort of secret military anti gravily craft why would they fly it right over a town?
