Summary:

My wife and I were flying north to visit our daughter in Seattle; we were on an Horizon Airliner. I was sitting at the window; my wife was asleep. I was looking out the window at the beautiful cumulus clouds near the Sierra Nevada mountains to the East. A few jet airliners had gone past a few miles away heading South. Then I saw what I thought was another airliner heading South going at the same rate of speed as those other jet airliners. This craft was closer to the cumulus clouds, and I squinted to see the wings but I saw no wings. So I watched this craft until it went diliberately right into a cumulus cloud, and so I watched to see if it would emerge from the other end of the cloud, but it did not emerge. That is what I saw, and I have not told my wife, only I told my oldest daughter and my classroom aide (I am a teacher of At Risk students in the public schools). I have not told my wife because she would think I was seeing things because of my chemo-therapy treatments (I have had lymphoma recently, but am clear now)...

Appearance / Description of Object(s) Side view of disc or pointed cigar shape. Size of Object(s) about the size of those jetliners I saw going South. Distance to Object(s) & Altitude about 25,000 feet altitude, like our Horizon airliner. Full Description & Details See above, that is about all I can report. I had a side view of the object, so it might have been a disc or or cigar shape, but pointed at both ends. Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object? Does the military have a craft that can hide in a cloud??? Views on UFOs, before and after sighting I knew an airline pilot who saw a UFL off his left wing abourt 25 years ago. I also knew a bow hunter who saw objects (lights) skipping across the mountains in Northern CA. I teach Science and have seen the "deep space" photos of space from the Hubble Telescope. The universe is much larger than we once thought and the stastical chance that there is intelligent life on other planets is probabily 100% -- and they can probably visit the earth...
