Appearance / Description of Object(s)

There were 3 lights... close together, like a triangle, but each light was circular. Like this: . . . But just close together, and bright white.

from my point of view, it was about 10 feet looking across, but it was high up, so... it could of been bigger.

Maybe 1 mile away from me, directly straight up.

Description of Area / Surroundings

Bermuda is a small populated island... I was on an island though, so I guess it was a bit both rural and urban.. nothing on the island but tree's and grass though.

Full Description & Details

I was 10 years old...

I was camping in the 19th Bermuda Cub Scouts, and every night at 9:00PM we would go and light a huge bonfire. One of the nights, we lit one off.. the fire was nice and big, and we all started singing quiet, peaceful songs.

Suddenly.. I had the erge to look up into the sky, and see the stars, but instead.. my attention was caught by a 3 dotted illuminated-disc-like figure, just flying above the campfire...

It sat there for about a minute.. for some odd reason I didn't tell anyone, because I didn't want to feel stupid. So, I just waited to see what it was going to do.

(Obviously when your camping in cub scouts, you cant have electronical devices.. so I wasn't able to snap a photoshot.)

After that one minute... it suddenly moved around in a circular motion, for about five quick seconds.

All of a sudden, I watched it zoom off into the unknown... it started flying off a bit slowly, and then quickly accelerated, and disappeared...

I know it wasn't a weather balloon because our weather people only put them up during mid-day.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No. I am a pilot-in-training, and I have never seen an object like that flying at speeds and hovering like that in my lifetime and experience.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I did know what a UFO was... I am quite interested by them actually, and I have been doing a tiny bit of research on them for years.. before I saw it, of course I knew what they usually look like.

Other Comments

I didn't know I was able to report this online.. good to know this. I have been wanting people to actually believe in me that I had seen a UFO.. but so far none have actually believed in this story.
