I was in a neighborhood. Houses close by each other no planes were out in the sky. It was a pretty quiet night.

It was a disc shaped craft moving at low speeds and was at low level. It had bright lights and was a metallic color. This was at night time and their was not a cloud i the sky. Full moon out and that was it. I was outside talking with some friends and that's when I had noticed the object flying over the house.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No. I don't think it was anything man made. If it was it was probably a government black project that was reversed engineered.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

My view's on UFOs is that I think their are Extraterrestrial's and UFOs out there and the US government is keeping America in the dark about the subject. I studied UFOs and Extraterrestrial's for 11 years.
