Full Description & Details

I was near 63rd Street off of wentworth ave in Chicago. I saw what is best described as a stealth jet engine plane. However, the object had done some movements in the sky not to far from where I was looking and it had to had been no higher that 30 to 40 feet off the ground and it moved so fast that I couldn't get my cell phone out to get a picture. This was around about noon on that sunday afternoon. I was in the military and this isn't my first time seeing an UFO but I was wondering who can I relay this info too in chicago because city services and 911 has no idea where I need to go. Or is there some sort of group in chicago area that I can meet with.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Im not sure but I doubt it

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I believe they exist because when I was in the navy in 1991 we were on the USS Ponce LPD-15 and this was before Dessert Storm and we were on the coast of Liberia and me and my ship mates saw a image that seems to repel it self out of the ocean into space.
