A morphing triangle. The lights glowed. For a certain amount of time they stayed as still as stars.

the entire object was bigger than a football field, but the individual lights were much smaller, each about the size of a car.

I was on the highway in a suburban area just outside of Denver.

Full Description & Details

I was on my way home at 5:45 pm it was dark and I saw a UFO in the northeastern sky: three amber lights. I stopped alongside the highway to film it. The lights faded in and out, and the one on the right moved south. On the first set of footage at 2:30 you can see a flash of red light. The second set of footage shows close-up shots of the UFO.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

One of them could have been a plane, but the other two didn't move. Someone suggested that they might be airplanes, but if they fade in and out that means the planes were moving forwards and backwards, which makes no sense. In addition, the flash of red light at 2:30 (on the first set of footage) adds a new dimension to the entire UFO.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I didn't believe in UFO's. Now I believe that UFO's, and the one I saw in particular, are caused by military experiments, and it's possible that they're extraterrestrial origin. But since no one's stepped forward to claim what the UFO is, I have to stay on the fence whether it's military or extraterrestrial.

Other Comments

You can see from my other youtube videos that I don't go out looking for UFO's. I was driving home from the foothills having filmed the sunset, when I happened to spot these lights.
