Triangular with lights in corners when hovering and moving slowly... very bright orangish yellow glow when travelling in "rock skipping" mode.

Description of Area / Surroundings

Very rural. We saw alot of wildlife that night that didn't seem to notice us... a wolf, pair of rams, etc.

Full Description & Details

We were up on Hwy 39 in Azusa Canyon right where the barrier used to be, under Crystal Lake. A light rose up in the distant North. Then it went between two hills to the East at an extreme rate of speed. It looked like a rock skipping across water... shooting forward and kind of up, then sort of dropping off and skipping forward again... hard to describe outside of the rock skipping reference. It came up in the valley behind us.... the next thing we knew we were back in our Jeep. We then saw the triangular object slowly move off to the West after following us for a while. We headed back home and it was 6 in the morning by the time we got there when it was around 11 pm when we saw the ufo... weird, feeling in body, could be adrenaline or ?

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Not the way it was moving through the air.
