Summary:
1990 Gainseville Tx, Marietta Ok Ufo sighting . Me and two of my friends were at a gas station fueling up so we could head back to Marietta Ok, and a big orange ball went slowly moving across the sky. It had a few smaller balls behind it. It wasn't a hallucination because other people in the parking lot were checking it out with us.

Distance to Object(s) & AltitudeInside the Earth's atmosphere. Full Description & DetailsIt was a big orange ball, possibly on fire. It seemed to barely be within the Earth's atmosphere. It was pretty large, it looked about the size of 3 or 4 full moons because of its somewhat close distance to the earth. At first I thought it might be a meteor, but it couldn't have been a meteor, because it was moving too slow and never burned up. It was a spooky experience. We watched it move along for a couple of minutes, and while it was interesting, it didn't seem to be falling toward the Earth, or changing speeds or anything, and we could have watched it slowly disappear out of sight, but we got back in the car and went home. Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?I haven't heard of any. Views on UFOs, before and after sightingI don't believe in aliens, but I was worried I was going to see one for about 6 months after that.
