I was a cab driver at the time. It was about 10 PM, I was facing south waiting for the traffic light to change. As I was waiting, I saw the object, a large lime green disc, crossing the face of the moon, which was at about a 10 o'clock position. The perimeter of the disc was hazy, though perfectly round. It took about 5 to 8 seconds to traverse the southern sky and disappear over the horizon. It was about 1/2 size of the moon, and was the same size as it disappeared over the horizon, which indicated to me that it was a very large craft. I had one passenger, a woman, who never saw it.
